This has been a very easy company to deal with. I work in the vacation rental market and we have a need for high quality equiment at the lowest possible prices. One of the things we go through a lot during the tourist season is bulbs for the media room projectors. I was definitely pleasantly surprised. They provided speedy service. I received my order within 4 or 5 business days from the order, using regular delivery. The product was exactly as advertised. I must admit I was a bit skeptical with such low prices. I bought a replacement lamp for HP VP6120 digital projector. The price for the replacement lamp on electrified.com was less than half of what other sites advertised. The HP site wanted more than double what Electrified was advertising. I was very hesitant to buy from this vendor, but took the risk and was rewarded with a good product. I will definitely use Electrified for future shopping needs.

Searching for products was quick and easy.  Prices for replacement lamps are excellent.  As time has gone by prices have lowered. I beleive that this is due to other people finding out about Electrified Discounters and placing orders which helps future buyer at the site.  The more I go to the site the more I learn about the products that they offer for sale at the lowest prices. Order was processed quick and delivery was on time as promised. Despite having to pay shipping charges, price were still much lower than other sites that I visited for the same product. Will look to them again for items that I may need.

Error on web page led to incorrect lamp being shipped.  Customer service corrected the issue rapidly and got to me the correct lamp.  No real hassle, just straight up resolution to the issue.  New lamp is working great.

my order was taken but cancelled without notice at the end of the day after they took my credit card information. apparently they had advertised a price for an their distributor couldn't meet. no call, email, substitution offer or apology?!? they said they had problem with the webmaster taking the falsely advertised price from the website (?) and didn't call or email because they only process the orders manually at the end of the day.

NOT RECOMMENDED. I purchased a bulb that was advertised and sold as an "OEM Equivalent" bulb; however, it lasted only 270 hours, instead of the 8,000 hours that an OEM bulb is rated for.  Electrified refused to offer any assistance because its 60 day warranty had expired.  An OEM bulb has a one year warranty.  Obviously Electrified does not understand the meaning of OEM Equivalent.

I made an error in my billing address and unlike other merchants I have ordered from, Electrified was quick to notify me of the problem and worked with me to get it resolved.  Other merchants simply cancelled the order without any notification.  I would definately do biusiness with them again.
