I purchased a replacement lamp for my Toshiba tv in february only to have it burn out in 2 months.  Another lamp was sent to me and that one lasted for about 4 months.  The company only offers a 3 month warranty and any products replaced during the warranty period are covered under the initial 3 month period and do not receive a new warranty.  So, in my case, the second lamp had about a month of coverage and once it burnt out 4 months later, the company wanted nothing to do with my issue and completely disregarded my complaint.  I will not purchase fron this company again and they will definitely not be referred to anyone I know.

We order many replacement projector lamps from Electrified.com.  It is helpful to see the number in stock and it's easy to find the right lamp for a variety of projectors.  They always send us prompt emails regarding our order and when shipping has occurred.  Lamps arrive on time and well-packed.  Electrified's prices are very competitive as well.

Electrified Discounters had the lowest price for the replacement lamp I was looking for.  Not only did they send me a copy of my invoice through e-mail, they also kept me updated via e-mail the status of my order.  I loved the fact that an e-mail was sent with the UPS tracking number, because then I knew exactly when it would arrive so I knew when to be home.  I received the item within 4 days, which was much quicker than I had anticipated.    I would definitely buy from them again.

Electrified.com has excellent service and excellent prices for LCD projector lamps.  My order was processed and shipped in a timely manner, as well.  I purchased a Sony LCD bulb LMP C162.  They had the bulb in stock and shipped same day.  I requested 2nd day shipping and this was done without error.  I would recommend that anyone looking for an LCD bulb check with Electrified.com  Their website is easy to use and they have a quick response email to confirm your order as placed.  I will be buying from electrified alot more in the future a source for my LCD projector bulbs.

I was amazed that within a couple of hours, following ordering my part (TOSHIBA Y66-LMP), I received a call from a customer service representative to verify my information.  The part shipped was well packaged to prevent damage and works prefect.

the customer care representatives are very knowledgeable and helpful. The shipping service was a little bit late, but then again I puchased my product right before a holiday, I am a satisfied customer!!!  The only thing that i would suggest is include the ups tracking number in the order confirmation and also to offer the ability for the billing address and shipping address to be different, since I am never home during the day when the UPS service tries to deliver the shipments.

I just received a replacement lamp for my Mitsubishi 62" LCD HDTV.  Electrified offered both OEM and certified replacement parts.  They also provided education about the part that helped me understand how other retailers were offering less expensive parts but may not have been a direct fit... they required rewiring and reuse of existing housings, etc.  Eventhough I selected the cheapest shipment (UPS ground) I received my part within 2.5 days.  The non-OEM replacement part was an identical match to the original part and fit perfectly.  The part came with additional instructions for installation but I had my manual so I didn't need.  Researching vendors before the purchase I found on Mitsubishi's website that Electrified.com was a recommended provider-reseller and given my experience I would highly recommend them at this point.
