I was amazed that within a couple of hours, following ordering my part (TOSHIBA Y66-LMP), I received a call from a customer service representative to verify my information.  The part shipped was well packaged to prevent damage and works prefect.

the customer care representatives are very knowledgeable and helpful. The shipping service was a little bit late, but then again I puchased my product right before a holiday, I am a satisfied customer!!!  The only thing that i would suggest is include the ups tracking number in the order confirmation and also to offer the ability for the billing address and shipping address to be different, since I am never home during the day when the UPS service tries to deliver the shipments.

Ordered replacement lamp incl. housing on the night of 6/29, and it arrived the morning of 7/2 - much faster than i expected or hoped.  Plugged right into my tv, no problems, no wiring required - just as promised.  Great price and fast delivery!  Saved more than $150 on what the manufacturer was asking.  Thanks!!!!!  Will shop again.

I just received a replacement lamp for my Mitsubishi 62" LCD HDTV.  Electrified offered both OEM and certified replacement parts.  They also provided education about the part that helped me understand how other retailers were offering less expensive parts but may not have been a direct fit... they required rewiring and reuse of existing housings, etc.  Eventhough I selected the cheapest shipment (UPS ground) I received my part within 2.5 days.  The non-OEM replacement part was an identical match to the original part and fit perfectly.  The part came with additional instructions for installation but I had my manual so I didn't need.  Researching vendors before the purchase I found on Mitsubishi's website that Electrified.com was a recommended provider-reseller and given my experience I would highly recommend them at this point.

Electrified.com has some of the best prices available. Ishopped around for a replacement bulb for my projector and found it here cheaper than anywhere else.  They shipped it out right away and it worked beutifully for less than a third of the original cost!

This has been a very easy company to deal with. I work in the vacation rental market and we have a need for high quality equiment at the lowest possible prices. I was definitely pleasantly surprised. They provided speedy service. I received my order within 4 or 5 business days from the order, using regular delivery. The product was exactly as advertised. I must admit I was a bit skeptical with such low prices. I bought a replacement lamp for HP VP6120 digital projector. The price for the replacement lamp on electrified.com was less than half of what other sites advertised. The HP site wanted more than double what Electrified was advertising. I was very hesitant to buy from this vendor, but took the risk and was rewarded with a good product. I will definitely use Electrified for future shopping needs.
