items were on backorder forever. with multiple emails and three shipments later, I have finally received all of my purchase. They never explained why it took 2 months to receive my complete order. Horrible experience! I have ordered from there two times and both times the service was horrible and the delays were unacceptable. Prices can't be beat but it is not worth the time and energy!

I ordered the GE Circuit Breaker THQL2190 on Oct.6,2009 and still haven't received it. I have sent e-mails 3 times requesting info on my order, and haven't received an answer to any of them.
In the e-mails I told them that I needed the breaker for my furnace. The weather is getting cold and I can't use the furnace without that breaker.
I request in the e-mail that they either ship the merchandise or let me know that they can't or won't ship. If they aren't going to send that breaker, I want to know that the order is canceled so I can order it elsewhere....

I wish they had told me the lights were on backorder when I ordered them. They sent me an e-mail saying the lights were on their way, then a couple of days later they sent an e-mail saying that the lights were on backorder. They sent my money back, so I had to send it to them again so that they would send the lights to me when they got them.

The only problem is that they shipped FedEx, which is not as reliable in rural areas as UPS. I received the light a day later than I could have waiting on a driver who knew how to find my house. UPS would have had it on the first try.

I ordered one thing and was sent something different. When I called to explain the wrong item was sent, the customer service rep said that the item I ordered was not in stock. So they basically took it upon themselves to send a different item that may be close without even verifiying with me if it would work. The item sent was not a direct replacement therefore would not work for my application, which meant that the item I ordered had to be sent which delayed my delivery by a week.

This company is unreliable, they don't answer their phone. I called to track my order only to find they canceled my order without contacting me. No one answers the phone when I call and select every option including "place an order". I left a message, no one has contacted me, it's been over a week. This company is one of the poorest I've ever done business with.

When I ordered the product, the website listed it as "In Stock". Two or three days after I ordered it, I received an email saying it was back-ordered for 2-3 weeks. I tried to correspond with the company two times through email and didn't receive responses back. I called several times over a one week period and always hit voice mail. Finally, I reached someone yesterday and they were very friendly and helpful. I think they must just be very busy and/or don't have enough people to answer the phone and respond to emails. Their price was by far the lowest of any other supplier of the same product. I can't say whether I will use them again because I still haven't received the product. I would like to receive another survey in two weeks and then I'll report whether I received it within the promised 2-3 week time frame.

When I ordered the heater, the computer indicated "in stock". Several days later, I was told my delivery add did not match my credit card info. I had entered it correctly but they screwed it up running the credit card. A day later, I emailed them & asked the status of my order, and, at that time, they advised me it was back-ordered. I cancelled my order, because on the very same day I ordered the lasko heater from them, I ordered another one from iallergy.com and it was shipped the same day, with no problem.

Do not order from this store. The item i ordered was supposed to be in stock and delivered in 4 business days. After 2 business days i checked status and it stated order pending review. So i called and they said my billing address did not match the credit card which was complete BS. Then they said the shipping fee was incorrect and i needed to pay an extra $20 (which they had already charged my card without authorization). Bottom line is the item is not in stock and they are playing games!

I ordered over the internet which indicates that it would be delivered within 4 business days. On the 6th business day I called because I was notified by UPS that a shipment was on its way. I confronted the company indicating that the item was needed two days ago and that I would not accept shipment. I was placed on hold for several minutes and passed to another customer service representative that cancelled my order.

Their web site is really amateur. Hard to navigate, not too much information available. However, the products I was looking for are not available on major web sites (or cost way more). So I chose to order from them. Using PayPal was a natural decision - I do not trust my credid card information when shopping with such run-down store fronts. Goods were delivered on time, undamaged and work as advertised. Wish such products would be available through Amazon in future.

Terrible place to shop. Took nearly 2 weeks just to ship the order (ordered on 5/24, shipped on 6/3). They do not respond to e-mail either. Haven't received the product yet, but hopefully will receive it some time soon. I will never buy anything from this place again.

Ordered 2 x Panasonic FV-11VH1 Ventilations Fans, price was good compared to other merchants. However, when fans arrived, the boxes were in a very distressed condition. They were literally falling apart! It was clear that no effort had been made to pack units into an additional box with packaging material for extra protection. They were simply shipped out in their own packaging. I would have thought that if I was paying close to $400 for these two fans, some extra care would have been taken!
Result - one unit arriving surprisingly intact with no apparent damage. Second unit metal flanges severely bent and metal adaptor badly bent also. The second unit was also missing an installation kit. When I called to complain, my order number was taken and was told I would be called back. It's now almost a week since I made contact and still no returned call. This company does not exhibit ANY customer service it seems! |
