At this point I have limited experience but the order I placed was delivered in a timely fashion and all items were included. I found the tracking of the shipment unusuable since it would take me to UPS for tracking and the shippment was via US Mail. I never could actually determine the date it was shipped or the scheduled delivery date but was home at the time of the delivery.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating: On-time delivery:

Excellent delivery speed -- ordered color print cartridge on a Friday and received on following Monday cross-country from California to New York. Excellent color quality (after letting cartridge sit upright for a few hours).
