The inks I ordered arrived fairly meeting the expected arrival date. The only problem was that the one of the three color ink bottles' package was leaking - yellow one. I thought about sending them back to get a new one but that itself seemed to be a hassle ; to return and go through the procedure for the ink that is worth 3 or 4 dollars? The enclosed mauals were simple to understand. Too simple to exactly pin-point for my specific ink catridge - it had explained all HP ink catridges' darwings on it, which confused me a little bit. I wish the mauals are only for the specific model that customer wants to know - excludong all other models. That way, customer won't be hassling through the whole manual to narrow down to his or her model. On-line payment, shopping, and ordering experience was better than average.
