I've ordered from EdenFantasys twice and am very pleased. Their site is professional and never takes on the air of "smutty." They have a wide variety of products which are categorized logically and are easy to search. Many of the products have been reviewed, which helps in the decision-making process. While some one them seem to be written by paid reviewers, the more popular products are also reviewed by legitimate customers as well. Orders were easy to place and arrived accurately.

What has impressed me most is their shipping options. First of all, they ship fast! I ordered something late on a Monday night and it arrived Thursday morning. Secondly, they're one of the few online sellers I've encountered who let you ship via the US Postal Service. I needed my order shipped to a post office box. This can be problematic since UPS, FedEx, etc will not deliver to a PO Box. Thankfully, they ship orders out via USPS just as happily!

Finally, I am impressed by their return policy and services. I had to return a product from my first order which broke after about a week. I got an RMA, printed out a prepaid shipping label (at their expense), and sent it back with no problems. I got a full refund within 2-3 weeks. EdenFastasys is a great seller.

I will be doing business with them again.
