Worst shopping experience ever; hidden fees, street quality products, painful return policy

Buying an Ectaco translator for my wife turned into one of the worst shopping experiences ever. Firstly, the Ectaco people sent me a wrong product (because the one they are advertising doesn't even exist) and then they have spent the next few weeks convincing me that the product they sent me was the right one. Apart from that, I had too pay the delivery fee (which they say was included in the price) and the shipping of the faulty ectaco product back to the USA. In order to return the translator back and claim my money back, I have spent, I don't know how many hours talking on the phone with this highly irritating Pavel guy and a few other members of their personel, whose names I cannot remember right now. If you think that what you've heard is all - you're wrong. In the end they deducted more or less 40 euros from my payment for some "stock fee" or whatever. Don't get fooled - that is how they operate. They send you a wrong product, take roughly 30% of your payment and on top of that they continue to fill your inbox with spam. I won't even mention the quality of the product they have sent me. When I saw it, I couldn't believe that they can charge something like 120 euros for that crapy street-quality piece of plastic. In any case, AVOID ECTACO BY ALL MEANS!
