I got one ECTACO partner EPg400TX from friend after purchasing a new one (didn't know he had one too and was willing to give it to me for free). I accidentally sat on the first one when it was open on a couch and nothing broke. The product stopped working for not reason. I wanted to return the other new one before and had a nightmare trying to talk to their customer service. They hold me on the phone for 40 min once and cut me off 5 times!!!! Sometimes they don't even bother to answer. I finally spoke to someone who asked me for some details I didn't have and wasn't able to locate my purchase by other details on their rubbish sale system. There is 7 days return policy and unfortunately my friends was late to post it back. I am using it from time to time and the most ANNOYING THING is the keypad where it inserts almost every time you type two or even three the same letters at the same time. I suppose i could claim a refund cause the first one had exactly the same problem. The dictionary was really poor and couldn't find many idioms and words while living in Brazil for 6 months. I am still using it but would not buy from them again cause all is overpriced and qualitywise like from street market!!
