Easy, every step of the way. Prices on items I'm usually interested in are not normally competitive enough for my taste at most places.. but for the Laptop Computer I bought here at ecom electronics, I got a great price, and finding what I needed and information, organization of the site was very nice. they were pretty good with me, the unit I originally got was defective and I had to ship it back. But Jeff helped me and shipped the replacement a little bit faster than I originally paid for. It was a nice gesture, I got the replacement and it works fine. I would recommend them again.

Great company, I needed special delivery to Iraq because I am in an APO address in the military. They knew what to do and were set up for it. It took a little longer to get than I had originally hoped but the laptop is perfect and exactly what I wanted.

I didn't have to pay shipping costs, they are offering free shipping. Sometimes the shipping price makes all the difference in wether the total price is good or not. Nothing to think about here... It was free and the Notebook still arrived to my home within only a few days, brand new box, never opened.

They have a very wide selection of most items, although narrow selections in a few areas. The prices are GREAT yet I found myself wanting more detailed technical information, unfortunately even the manufactures web page didn't have anymore. I had to resort to calling. The wait was not long, about 2 minutes in total to get the answers I needed prior to buying, the ultra-portable VAIO Sony laptop.

Ordered a Toshiba SATELLITE P105-S6024 at a great price of $849 - it was a savings of about $300 compared to Best Buy and other stores. I called and the clerk suggested some accessories, not too pushy. Notebook arrived early. Great job.

I did a lot of online price comparisons and while I had been recommended two other particular merchants, eComElectronics had a significantly lower price on the Notebook I was looking for, yet was a fully U.S. warranted product...not gray market. I had ordered a notebook computer and was surprised when I received a call from their agent to confirm the purchase, it's availability, etc. In the course of our conversation he mentioned other sales that were taking place but were not reflected on their web site. Bottom line: I got a fantastic deal on a far better notebook computer with upgraded memory and accessories for a little more than I had expected to spend on my original selection. The agent was most helpful, courteous and sincere in meeting my needs. The notebook and extras arrived in perfect condition within a week of purchase! I'd buy from them again anytime.

I am very cautious and picky when it comes to shopping online, but I have read good reviews about ecomElectronics. I ordered a HP DV8230US laptop from them. It was stated on the store site that it was a refurbished model and did include all of the accessories and full HP warranty. I even received a phone call from ecomElectronics (Jeff was the callers name) about the order I placed to ensure it was me ordering the laptop and that it was the correct item. Very courteous on the phone and answered any question I had. They will work with you, something I have yet to experience from any other online purchase I have done thus far. I ordered 3 to 6 day delivery (on a Wednesday), but had the laptop in my hands by that Friday! The laptop description they gave me was exactly what I received, and for a refurb it is in extremely good condition and is running flawlessly so far. I do thank ecomElectronics for quick, courteous service with no hassles. I will purchase from them again.
