WOW the fastest shipping from anything I've ever ordered over the internet. Actually I ordered during the afternoon and the order was upgraded to overnight shipping free of charge and I received it next mid morning. Incredible. All was well packaged with bubble wrap as well.

Ecom delivered excellently in all but one area-they are selling previously owned products as new. I just received my "new" MacBook Pro computer. When I called Apple to buy an extended warranty, I was told that my unit had been purchased a month earlier at an Apple retail store either by Ecom or someone who then resold it to Ecom. It was registered at the original time of purchase so I am officially the 2nd owner. I was told by a CS agent that Apple has them on a watch list and may take action against them The unit was unopened and in new condition and I did save money. I will lose a months time on the warranty but will still be covered. I do object to being involved in shady dealings.

after ordering (in stock) remanufactured laptops, i was informed that they were not in stock and would be another 8 to 9 days out.  It was also said that they would be refurbished and not remanufactured as indicated on the web site.
I then got a "deal" on NEW laptops.  BAIT AND SWITCH?
