I have recently purchased a Apple Laptop through ecomElectronics and just have to say how happy I was with the whole experience.
At first I was uncomfortable with buying a product from a company I have never heard of.
Roy was my sales person and he was very helpful and patient. He answered all my questions, and was not pushy at all.
I received my laptop even sooner that I expected, and got a great price on the laptop and the 3 year extended warranty.
There were no taxes or shipping charges, and all together I saved over $200.00.   I highly reccomend buying from ecomelectronics!

The prices were excellent and my order was processed and delivered relatively quickly. There was a slight problem with my shipping address in which your sales representative contacted me immediately and helped to resolve the issue right away. At the same time he asked if I needed any other items to complement my order. I didn't need anything else so I said no. They actually operate like a reputable business is supposed to. They could be truly awesome at what they do to make sure that their customers are satisfied from beginning to end with their shopping experience with very little extra effort.

Full of it. These people give NYC a very bad name. All I wanted was a Laptop for a friend birthday so I stumbled along this site calming to have the best prices on laptops, boy did they take me for a ride. I placed my order Monday, and its Friday still no shipment, not even processed. Some loser from the site called me up about upgrading the ram, I’m trying to tell him I have five computers this is not even for me I don’t want any additional upgrade. 
After declining his entire request he claims to have the same type of laptop form acer for the same price with the ram upgrade. LOL he must had thought I was stupid I checked the site he was trying to sell me some model five years old with less ram and refurbished I then ask him if he was crazy then got off the phone with him. Something tell me I’m not getting that computer I ordered ecomElectronics.com are rip off I will never in my life again shop with them! And I advise everyone to do the same !

I received an immediate email confirming my order. And then received another email stating when the purchase would arrive. I received the order on the exact day you stated it would arrive and am very happy with my purchase. The only thing I don't know about yet is if I will get my rebate as they promised. An update will be made if things don't go as promised but I see no reason why they wouldn't.

Very professional and responsive; they lived up to their rave reviews found here and other comparison shopping sites. The phone Rep was particularly helpful and knowlegable. Although he did ask if I needed to buy any accessories, I said that I didn't need any right now but when I do he will be the first I will call.

They don’t always have the lowest prices when you are not ordering Laptops or TV's – but shipping has been great, mostly free. I don't like everything about their web site but I must say – they have order processing down to a science.

The only aspect of my experience with this order that is less than positive is the amount of time it took to ship. eCom took 2 business days to process a straight-forward, ship to billing address order. Order to receipt was 6 days. Not horrible, but not what I get from the regular online stores I shop. Still the retail box was shipped inside a larger box. Good: did not use non-recyclable styrofoam peanuts; bad: the packing paper was barely sufficient to keep the internal box from being jostled around but then again what do I know... I'm not a shipper plus it came in great shape.

I received an Iomega HDD 160GB Pro USB from ecomelectronics with an unfortunate factory defect. I wanted to return it for a replacement. I filled out their RMA form, which couldn't have been easier, since they used all the information they already had, instead of me having to fill it all in. I got an immediate e-mail response. The next day I got an e-mail saying my replacement had been shipped, ALONG WITH A PRE POST PAID LABEL to return the defective item. I don't know how a company could do any  better. Excellent service.

At this point in time I'm very disappointed with this company.  They processed my payment on the 2nd of this month and then I received an e-mail on the 4th stating that it had been shipped via UPS.  Each time I tried to "track" my order it says Billing Information Received.  I called them and the first guy informed me that it was sent via FedEx.  That information in the e-mail was wrong.  I asked for the proper tracking number and he said I would receive it shortly.  I called back the next 2 days and they keep telling me I should be receiving the information in an e-mail (they couldn't look it up).  It has now been a week since they took my payment and there is no shipping information.  I've tried to be patient but this is not worth the low price at this point.

I wanted to update the situation with the latest (03-10).  I received an e-mail from their sales staff with the correct tracking information.  The item didnt ship until the 6th and is expected to arrive the 11th.  I'll update this post when I receive shipment.

Service after the sale, (or even before, for that matter), is the best I've ever experienced. I did not have to wait for more than a minute or two for someone to come on the phone and they were the most courteous & helpful service/sales reps out there. More times than I can remember I have had nightmares service from many different types of companies I've dealt with. As an example of ecom's type of service,  they upgraded my shipping to a faster service to be sure I'd get my Laptop on time and didn't charge me an extra fee. This even happened, without me calling to ask.

Check This Out!  Talk about getting caught Red Handed. I wouldn't buy free money from Ecomelectronics. 

---We've caught what we belive to be many fraudulent attempts by ecomElectronics, disabled them and are preparing to post a administrative notice on their reviews page. As the main buyer for an IT company, I have ordered on multiple occasions from eComElectronics and though they haven't always been flawless in their delivery, they have been absolutely flawless in fixing their mistakes. Mistakes are sometimes unavoidable - especially when dealing with so many customers - what's important is how well they recover. Their customer support is really quite impressive, especially when matched against even the largest of companies.

In addition to eComElectronics's reasonable prices (Although not usually rock-bottom, but you get what you pay for in the price versus service trade-off), eComElectronics has a superb return policy, and among the best customer service around. In a commodity-driven market, its the non-product extras (how likely are they to avoid a mistake, how quickly do they respond to their mistakes, how easy is it for customers to contact the seller, etc.) that make all the difference.

The prices are a little on the high side for the 46" LCD Samsung compared to 1 other vendor, but they beat the other vendor in the total price because I didn't have to pay tax or shipping with ecom. . Overall, I'd have to say I was pretty satisfied with my order and dealings with the company, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal with service.

Excellent Co. Did almost all my shopping from eComElectronics for the office for two years now. I get e-mail confirmations of my order almost immediately. Working for a large firm that wants everything accounted for and right away, eComElectronics makes it easy to deal with. Each product on their site usually ships out within 24 hrs. They are very prompt and will send you an e-mail the day your order ships. I have waited on hold for up to 5 minutes for a customer service rep during their busy seasons. But let me assure you that when you do talk to someone they will be very courteous and helpful. They bend over backwards to please their customers. I will always return to them!!

I have ordered stuff in the past from here and it was business as usual. Which is to say it was very good. This time I ordered the new 15" Macbook Pro. It's an amazing piece of equipement and I love it. I recieved an e-mail when my order was placed and a tracking number and another when it shipped. Everything arrived OK. I like this company because once I placed my order I immediately received a confirmation e-mail that the order was placed and what was ordered. Once the order was shipped (which was within 24  hours) I received an e-mail informing me of the UPS number and that the package had shipped. The best part was that shipping charges were non existant, yest it was free shipping.

My order was for an HP Laptop but I forgot to specify 2-day shipping, since I was going out of town and might not have gotten the Laptop otherwise. So I emailed eComElectronics to ask if they would please change the shipping from standard to 2-day, billing my credit card for the difference. 10 minutes later I got an email from them saying they've gone ahead and upgraded me to 2-day shipping, for free. After growing numb dealing with business after business offering laughable 'service', it really is a joy to be reminded that there are, indeed, a few good ones left.

Service and merchandise to brag about! I ordered around 5PM and had the not so easy-to-find TV at 3PM the next day! Out of sight. Overnight shipping not too bad for the weight and if I had to return it, which I don't, they would have split the shipping with me. I am their customer for life.

Their website is easy to navigate and I was very impressed with the selection. I would like to start off by saying how fast this order was completed. I put my order in and it was shipped out from their store the next morning. I selected the free shipping option which would normally take about ten days, but to my surprise my order was received within five days, they even sent me an email stating this is what I should expect. Ecom delivered excellently in all but one area-they are selling previously owned products as new. I just received my "new" MacBook Pro computer. When I called Apple to buy an extended warranty, I was told that my unit had been purchased a month earlier at an Apple retail store either by Ecom or someone who then resold it to Ecom. It was registered at the original time of purchase so I am officially the 2nd owner. I was told by a CS agent that Apple has them on a watch list and may take action against them The unit was unopened and in new condition and I did save money. I will lose a months time on the warranty but will still be covered. I do object to being involved in shady dealings.
