what an experience! i purchased a TV off the website, didn't like it, used it just the once after opening it. A pleasant customer service person walked me through the return process. It took about 14 days in all but I got a full refund and an experience that showed me I can trust to use ecomelectronics without fear or hesitation.

  I would rate them "C-".   I ordered a rather expensive samsung TV. When I called about shipping,  pressured to buy cable, power switch, etc.  Shipped two days after I ordered.  The tracking information from email HTML tag for  GEN_ICAT generic company showed "server error" for the 10 days I checked. 
  I then called customer service. Listening to 11 minutes of elevator music, then was cut off.  I then called sales, as I thought this would be a higher priority.  I am typing this evaluation while waiting and should hear from them any time.....I started in a queue of two, I hope that soon I will be able to talk to a real human!
   Twenty five minutes wasted.  Just talked to a human, and am now listening again to elevator music........  Just got switched back to customer service line, more elevator music.
    Customer representative, John, was very helpful.  This is why I rated them C-, rather than D-.

After reading many reviews of poor ordering and customer service, I tried to ensure I would have a smooth order.  Called sales and nicely asked for a supervisor to express my concern even before placing an order.  They would not give me one without an order number or specific concern, no matter how I explained.  Then called customer service asking for a supervisor or manager.  They would not give me one in customer service as they couldn't take orders, but said they would try to get me one in sales.  They transferred me directly to the regular sales associates.  I get that they can't tie up supervisory personnel with every call, but they have been elusive and not customer focused with me at every turn AND I HAVEN'T EVEN PLACED AN ORDER.  Too bad for them that they will lose my sale.  Too bad for me as they really do have the best price.  You get what you pay for!

I have ordered several times from eComElectronics. The customer service rep. that I spoke with was very helpful and courteous in giving information about the products and accessories. They have been accommodating to any request I have given them including organizing the delivery day around my schedule. Only mild criticism: you should advise people they need a HDMI cable with this product. Other than that the buying experience could not be faulted.

My concern was that the box that the laptop was in came with a number of breaks in the cardboard - obviously other items had been dropped onto the box and squashed it somewhat. I suspect this happened in the shipping and not at eComElectronics - but due to such things happening, perhaps the packing should be improved. I have checked that the laptop has not been damaged and eComElectronics has assured me that if anything goes wrong with it, to just send it back for an exchange. This makes me feel very comfortable.

Overall very good, best price, Laptop in stock, only constructive criticism i have is that delivery took a while longer compared to other experiences i have had with other companies for electronic products, especially considering the item was in stock. However - this is really nit-picking, an extra 3 days of waiting is really not an issue, particularly factoring in the pristine quality of item baring in mind the market leading price that you sold the Laptop to me at. What a fantastic service. I chose this company over one that was (very) slightly cheaper because I had read good things about them, and glad I did. I had a minor hiccup with my credit card payment so I called the support line and spoke to a very helpful assistant (Jonny) who sorted it out straight away and gave me his direct number in case I had any other queries. Even though this was hardly necessary as the website has excellent order tracking and email updates at every stage. The TV then arrived the very next day in perfect condition and exactly as advertised. All this for a price some $300 less than my local retail store and $100 less than the majority of the internet. I had ordered this TV from another vendor back in Aug, they deducted money immediately and by Sept. had not even had an email never mind the tv, so I was a little concern as well as upset and wary. The progress of my order was easily monitored online. I chose to buy a TV from eComElectronics for two reasons. (1) they were offering the best price for the make and model number of my chosen TV. (2) having looked at their website, I noted that the delivery service was much better than most. The shipper did call me before the proposed delivery to check it was a suitable day. I confirmed it was and he said he would call late afternoon/evening the day before to give me a 2 hour time slot for delivery. True to his word, he did call me the day before delivery with a 2 hour time slot and did deliver within that time slot. No waiting in all day! Credit must go to the shipperm eComElectronics uses, who were both curteous and did what they said they would do. I couldn't ask for anything more from this transaction with eComElectronics. Needless to say that if their price is competitive for any future purchase seeds, then I won't hesitate to buy from eComElectronics.

eComElectronics provide an amazingly good service and the cheapest price around. With even less Tax now and a lower price I guess it will shortly be $40 cheaper than when I bought (was $799) and has one of the best pictures around and uses far less power than a plasma. It is also easy to use and set up. The sound is amazing, even if not connected to an external AV amplifier and there is an optical digital output to make that easier. If you have a VIERA link Panasonic DVD / VHS combi as I have then there can be no other choice! It is one of the best buys we have ever made and eComElectronics are exceelent for service, comunication and price. Now my mother-in-law wants one for Christmas!

Re- Samsung 40" LED TV. After extensive research, I found eComElectronics just about the best value around. Order arrived in approx. 3 working days. Order status updates were thorough and regular. I have not had the need of any after sales service so far, so am unable to comment on what is possibly the more difficult part of the service to get right, but so far I am very happy with eComElectronics service, and utterly DELIGHTED with the product. I was recommended a good tv to buy, went with eComElectronics and fortunate enough that they suggested to purchase next model up, same price. I did not pay over the odds for super quick delivery, I expected the tv in about 2 weeks. very pleasantly suprised when tv arrived 5 days after i had ordered. so far so good, picture quality a bit dubious on espn but think this is not due to tv but more to signal as when playing ps3 through hdmi picture is spot on.

I have made many transactions with companies over the internet and this has to be one of the best. The price was remarkable and unbeatable, the product was in stock (not something that can be said for a lot of compaines despite their sites saying so) and the delivery was excellent! I ordered on a Sunday, choose the free delivery (wasn't in a rush) and it effectively arrived with next working day service. They had good price on the camera I wanted, and I ordered on sep 16. I need it quick for my vacation. I asked, are they going to ship the same day, and YES! they gonna ship immidiately. But that was not true. On their website it says, order shipped sep. 16. but looking at fedex tracking it turns out the item was picked up by fedex on sep 23! A WHOLE WEEK AFTER I ORDERED!. They were lying to me on their website, and on the phone, as I especially said I needed it quick.



Also beware of ordering on the phone, they want to sell you a bunch of stuff you "absolutely" need with your item, but at much higher prices than anywhere else!
