I purchased a Sony TZ150N/B in December of 2007. The salesman was helpful and knowledgeable and the laptop was promptly delivered in just a few days. The order and delivery process was commendable. In addition to additional memory I also and bought a three year extended warranty provided by a company known as CPS (Comsumer Priority Service) I have had no trouble with the laptop except that I recently experenced that the battery on the TZ would not lock in place and placed a claim with CPS. This claim was quickly and summarily rejected (see response below) due to 'physical damage' to the unit which is not covered. The rejection was made with no follow-up inspection of the unit and without my being contacted. The unit has no sign of physical damage and the rejection of the claim greatly downgrades an otherwise good experience with ecomElectronics who should reconsider their affiliation with In summary, do not purchase an extended warranty from ecomElectronics if you order from them.
