I was in the store with item in hand and asked it it was on sale. I saw it was online. They scanned it and it was not on sale there. I left without it. I then looked it up online and it was on sale. I ordered it with in store pick-up, and got the sale price. Why did I have to jump through hoops to get the sale price? Very annoying.....

I ordered my items on-line for in store pickup. When I went to the store, my items were not ready. However, the sales rep did take my receipt and hand pick out the items instantly. Overall, EMS is a good place to get outdoor gear.

I only purchased a gift card, but it was easy to locate on the company's website. I loved that I did not have to pay shipping for the gift card as purchasing one at an EMS store was not an option.

I used the on-line system to order the part, but elected to pick it up at a local store to save the shipping. Initially, the system said that the part was in stock and I could pick it up. However, I got another email telling me that the part was out of stock and I would have to pay shipping to have it sent to my home. The system needs to designed better so that the inventory at stores is more closely tracked.

I tried to reserve the watch on\line, but was unsuccessfull. The first attempt was my fault, and I think I'm sure of what I did wrong, but the second attempt never generated an e-mail to confirm the reservation for pick up at the store in my area. I was able to go to the store and had a bit of a scare as the watch I was going to purchase wasn't in the display case with the other watches, but I found it near by in box on a hook. Overall, I'm very satisfied with using online searches for picking up products at store level. This is the second time i've had to pick up items that I was leary about finding at store level, but found them both. - thanks

Its always a delight to shop at EMS. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable but about the only time I can afford to buy anything is when they are having 30 % off sales. if they had better/ more frequent sales I'd be there every week :-) I couldn't find the particular item I wanted in the store. luckily it was there online. I'm very pleased with it. I knew I would be because I was able to try it out thoroughly in the store before hand.
