I did not receive my order at all. After 4 phone calls, 2 of which were not good, 2 of which were good, I am not impressed. I was told there would be a follow up and email sent to me on the status of the order after the first call and there never was! One person I spoke to Gwen, was very helpful the last person I spoke to Gaylene was not at all helpful and she was very condescending. I did receive a credit...well I think I did...I haven't gotten my cc bill in the mail yet. I still didn't care for the service.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Nice gear. Its a shame it wasn't packaged well. The boxes of my order were all bad and ripped. This purchase was for gifts so i had to buy new packaging. All in all happy.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

excellent overall shopping experience. shipping was rather quicker than expected and the best thing was how one can track their shipment from the day it leaves the factory. the way the website is setup allows you to have an overall easy form of shopping. will definitely be shopping at Eastbay sometime soon.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I have been a long time customer. I ordered a 3 pack of football receiver gloves. I ordered an extra-large(which I also ordered last year with no problem), however, this year the gloves are smaller than last year. I have to return them (of course I will have to pay to ship them back), and Eastbay does not have the xxl (of course) that my son now needs.
