I have never expressed an "epinion" about a retailer before, but this company is deserving of the effort. I have made a number of purchases over the past two years, and have been very pleased with each and every transaction. They have a great inventory of excellent quality optical equipment. Their prices are competitive (shipping being included in the purchase price helps a lot!) and provide straightforward and helpful answers and advice on the phone. An excellent "no question" returns policy, and great customer support! The shipping is prompt and the items well packaged. I am a very satisfied customer!

When purchasing my binoculars, I found Eagle Optics pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, honest, efficient and on-time. Their site is easy to navigate and a pleasure to use and their price for the product I purchased was the best I could find anywhere. The staff member with whom I dealt is a great advertisement for the company. I live in another country and communicated several questions to him via emails, for which I received timely and accurate answers. If only they shipped overseas! However, it was no problem for them to deliver the items on time to a friend of mine in the U.S. to forward on to me. All the time, I was able to track the delivery progress on-line with information supplied by Eagle Optics. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I was able to locate my product on their website with ease. The online ordering went smoothly. I received both order and shipping confirmations by e-mail on the same day of my order. The product was shipped via UPS Ground and arrived on time on the date given in the shipping confirmation e-mail message. The product was new in the box and functions perfectly. I paid $35 more than the lowest online price I found for the same product. I decided to pay the additional money based on the excellent reviews of the site. The experience was well worth the extra money. I would definitely order from them again.

I purchased from Eagle Optics a Bushnell Elite 80mm ED spotting scope and an Eagle Optics window mount. Both arrived from Eagle Optics in three days. Talk about sudden service! This company should be the model for all others. The scope arrived well packaged and in pristine condition. Previous to my order, I asked several questions via email and received responses from Eagle Optics within an hour for each. Never did I feel like I was an annoyance to them. I can recommend Eagle Optics without any reservations whatsoever.
