Do not even look at what they have to offer let alone purchase anything from them. I ordered a Corel Draw 10.0 program and have yet to receive anything one month later. They sure made sure to charge my card though. I emailed there help desk and received a message that the store is out of business, but all orders will be honored (Ha). I tried there phone number and it's currently out of service. Everything from customer Service to Delivery to Satisfaction is all Non-Existent. Buyer not only beware, but don't even look.

I do not recommend shopping at eagletronics, I ordered Quicken for Mac in Jan., here it is almost Mar. and still no product from them,but they did charge my account, I have emailed them several times asking what the problem is, once they said a server was down and if I told them my name , address and what I ordered they would send it out that day, so far they have told me they would send my order that day three different times, I have yet to receive anything from them. I asked for my order to be sent priority mail, which is $4.95, it cost me almost $9 for shipping and handling. Today I went to my bank and they will try to recover my funds stolen from eagletronics.

I ordered from Eagletronics and after a month I still had not received my order. I sent them an email asking where my order is and the reply I got back simply stated that:

Eagletronics is now permanently out of business.
No emails will be answered.

I don't know yet if I'll get my money back. I'm not holding my breath. They should be jailed.

This merchant is definitely a scam. I should learn that prices that low are not possible without there being something wrong. Delivery was slow, the order was half right, and their second shipment was also wrong. Customer service is non-existent. The person who replies accused me of initiating an illegal chargeback (I haven't initiated it yet--as of this writing), and told me I had to return all the wrong software at my expense. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Buyer Beware! I placed my order on Dec 2, 2004 and chose priority mail because they claim it will be mailed in 2 business days. By Dec 14th I canceled my order and bought the product elsewhere and they then mailed me 2 packages, 1 priority and 1 express. On the 15th the express package never arrived so on the morning of the 16th I sent another e-mail requesting my refund. Approx. 2 hours later the express package arrived. Plus I got and e-mail from Eagletronics with this message "We will not provide a refund until you return the package back to us.
Otherwise that is called theft." They sent me an order I had canceled and now are calling me a thief! So I got my RMA number from them because they won't accept any returns without one and sent both packages back. They received those packages on Dec 22, 2004 and today is Jan 12, 2005 and I still have not received my refund or had answer to e-mail. Oh they also want to charge me a restocking fee for the order they sent out AFTER it was canceled.

These people are crooks. Software was never delivered. After many complaints they eventually said that they had credited my credit card. After a couple of months there was no sign of the refund, then they threatened me with police action, saying they were going to file a Fraud Report with the police. I complained to my credit card company and got a refund. Just a very bad experience. STEER CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE.

Also, I am utterly amazed at the good reviews that they received. Don't wish to offend anyone but, I just wonder if the people who wrote the reviews are employees or "friends" of Eagletronics.

Junk customer service, contact phone does not work and not able to connect for 5 days. sent 10 e-mails and got one reply, but still after 2 weeks product is not shipped. I would say very very very bad experience. PLS DO NOT SHOP AT EAGLETRONICS.COM.

Stay away.. I got ripped off.
They say there are no returns on open software, but how can you tell that you have pirated software without openning the package to try to install it.

I will not buy from eagletronics.com again. Simply, they are selling pirated software. It's not OEM, overstock merchandise or whatever you want to call it. I know what pIrAtEd software looks like and that is what they are selling.

The CD came in a paper sleeve, normal for some OEM software. The disks labeled information are scanned images from the original disk. Quality of the printed information on the disk give's it away. If you bought multiple programs as I did you may notice the CD's serial number are similar. Hard to believe that different software companies are using CD's from the same batch. As I said Above, it's Pirated software. If you bought from them already and installed the software you are using stolen software. That's it in a nutshell. Don't get me wrong, I not preaching, but, If you want to sell WAREZ then sell it as WAREZ.


Also since they don't seem to have a problem selling as legitimate software, I won't have a problem reporting them at such. NOPIRACY@COREL.COM

I recently purchased Paint Shop Pro 8 . The disk that arrived would not load properly and I 3mailed the company. The rep was very polite and prompt with response. They sent me a replacement disk even before I had returned the defective disk. I was happy with the service and intend to continue using this merchant.

No complaints. Item was sent within 2 business days of order as notified, and was received within 4 business after shipping. Ordered product (Partition Magic) was shipped properly and in good condition. Also, vendor did a good job of notifying me by email that they had received my order and that it was being shipped that day... Service seemed prompt and professional.

This has got to be one of the most smoothest purchases I've ever made. The sales representatives were genuinely polite and provided me with answers to all my questions. After some pricing research on the Quickbooks these guys always came out on top. I have ordered from Eagletronics multiple times and have had both excellent service and prompt delivery. Although their site is not fancy wit all sorts of distractions etc, their prices are the best on most new software, even lower than ebay used stuff sometimes. I called their customer service number for a questions, and received a prompt answer.

Do NOT buy from eagletronics.com! They deal in illegal pirated software!

Our office ordered five copies of WordPerfect 11 from them. We received five sets of CDs, with no original packaging or manuals, with labels that had clearly been scanned from the originals. Plus, each set had an identical serial number, printed on a plain Avery label and stuck on the back of the CD envelopes! I've rated their delivery as "Never Showed" because I never received the genuine product.

A complaint by email eventually elicited a reply riddled with bad grammar and spelling.

I repeat: DON'T waste your time or money on eagletronics!

Excellent shopping experience.

At a fraction of the cost of the boxed version, I bought an OEM version of Quicken Deluxe 2004 that installed without a problem and that the Quicken website recognized as authentic. Their paperwork was explicit, and the delivery was timely.

Shipping rates are a bit high, but product costs are so low that the total price beats competitors.

Although an error was made on the initial order (My fault), they were very helpful in correcting it. They were also quite accommodating when adjusting the shipping charge for multiple items.

After three weeks Eagletronics has not yet delivered the software. Worse, they have neither acknowledged nor replied to emails sent to their customer support desk. Would you consider five days more than sufficient time for a merchant to answer a customer's inquiry about a missing order? If so, this probably isn't the merchant for you. I can't tell if their customer service is on vacation or I've been scammed, but any company that takes payment, fails to deliver, and ignores customer inquiries, has a problem.

After one month, three sets of disks, still no working program. I have received two sets of disks with free stuff, but no program. Third set of disks gave me a program but no security code to access, and I have not been able to contact them since. Since there is no way to contact them except via email, or online chat session. Online chat has only been available once in two weeks. Have sent many emails and still no response. Have asked for a refund or a set of working disks. Good Advice - DO NO BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! - Finally good news - after saying they didn't get my emails, and emails they were sending me were returned (Not a chance that this was happening) they did send me the security code to open the software. Persistence has paid off. I still would NEVER EVER EVER buy from this company again.

I purchased Ahead Nero 6 Ultra Edition from Eagletronics.com. The price is the best on the net, but more importantly the service after the sale is what matters and they are by far the best I have come across. My software was damaged in shipping. I contacted the company and they shipped out a new disc no questions asked! Did not even require the original shipment to be sent back. Replacement arrived quickly (less than a week) and in perfect condition. I will be buying from Eagletronics.com again for sure. Best deal out there!!! Never heard of them until I did a search for the software. Glad I found them. I highly recommend Eagletronics.com!!!
