I ordered 2 Oreck 8 pack vacuum bags to receive a 10% discount. The ordering process was simple and easy to understand unlike most online companies I've used. The bags arrived in 5 days from the time I placed the order. The plus was free shipping, no sales tax, and a discount! You just can't beat that! Wonderful they has exactly what I needed and the best part is that the shipping is free! i ordered it on a Wednesday night and by Saturday it arrived wonderfully fast the site is easy to navigate didn't need customer service this time but I bet they are wonderful over there too. I am so pleased I want to spread the website to everyone I know. Website user-friendly and product received as expected. My only problem was that I expected the product to come with directions on how to install it. When I located directions on the web, I found that I need an additional tool for installation. Not an error on the part of the merchant, however. I received what I ordered as agreed.
