Delivery speed: Terrible. Delivery: The only time i have ever bought from them was when Earth & Beyond was gonna be coming out, I bought it a good 7 days before it was coming in the stores, for the frontier special they had for those who were encouraged to buy online instead of waiting. Well long story short it came one week late and then i was given an apology and 5% or $5 off my next purchase, can't really remember the email. I mean what the hell i don't think its gonna matter much if i don't buy from them again. I do however enjoy their selection its broader than at GameStop and the online store is easier to use. Overall Satisfaction: Undecided

EB Games.com had poor service with poor delivery... i am not going back... ordered a game and waited 7 days for a normal in stock item to process and then waited 4 days for overnight delivery...try amazon.com for fast easy delivery of all your gaming needs

I've bought quite a few games from EB, as well as a refurbished Xbox console. I've had no problems with any of the used products I've purchased from EB, and saved quite a bit of money in the process. The selection of used titles is quite vast, and you can pretty much find any title for any system. They also usually offer money-saving coupon codes, such as 20% off any purchase of used games and so forth. They have extremely competitive prices to begin with (even on new items), so you should be able to get a great deal by combining used products with coupon codes. Shipping is very cheap ($1.99 for super-saver, hard to beat that!), and items ship promptly. I've encountered no problems with any orders, so I can't rate their customer service quality, since I obviously haven't had to deal with them. Overall, I'm very pleased with EB and continue to shop with them.

I was looking for a good deal on some games and went to most of the local games shops in my area of CA. I found most to be comparable in price, but EB Games had the selection and a few better prices than most of the other stores. What I liked most was the person Matt I talked to. He was really helpful and new a ton of stuff about games. I would rate my time there very high.
