Extremely Bad and Dishonest Service From EBGames.com

The following is a portion of a letter I sent to EBGames customer support that I have yet to receive a response of any kind to.
EBGames.com is a website that sells PC Game software and Game Console games. This is also the same company as Gamestop which can be found around the United States and Canada.

I recently made an order, actually a pre-order of Echoes of Faydwer for Everquest 2, your website specifically stated that it would be shipped on November 13Th unless the release date was changed by SOE which it wasn't.
I checked my order status on the 14Th of November to get tracking information, it stated 'Your Unshipped Order".
I called your customer service number and the girl that answered said she disagreed that the sight would have said it would be sent on the 13Th as the official release date was the 14Th.
I tried to explain the reason you were sending on the 13Th is so that orders that were over night deliver would be there on the 14Th. But she said that wasn't the case, said my order had been shipped on the 14Th regardless of the website saying unshipped order.
I then looked at my order status on the 16Th and it had tracking information, the tracking information stated it had been accepted for delivery at 8:05pm 11/15, I then called your customer service number asking why I had been lied to about it being shipped on the 14Th, the gentleman said that it probably was shipped on the 14Th and the post office just didn't scan it in until the 15Th, I find this hard to believe, I mean that's just not how it works.
The package finally arrived on the 17Th, would have been here on the 15Th had it been shipped as it was stated it would ship. I opened the package and 2142 battlefield was inside, Echoes of Faydwer was listed on the shipping label but the incorrect thing was shipped.
So I called your customer support number again, the girl said that I could send it back, they were back ordered at the warehouse, or take it to a local store, she looked the location up and they too were out.
I asked if I could return it to the local store for cash refund, she said yes, the nearest Gamestop store is about 40 miles from here as I live in the country.
I drove all the way to the store, when I got there the manager argued with me that he could not give a refund because it was purchased on the Internet, I told him that customer support said that I could, he said he could give me an in store credit since he didn't have any of the game( not to mention the game that I got was $10 more than the one I had ordered, so I was even being honest about all this).
He got annoyed when I asked him to call someone, he did came back out and apologized said he had been misinformed then went to the back out of site and had another person process the refund.
During the refund process the clerk said I can't refund the $4.99 in shipping, I said why, he said well there isn't a way in the computer to do it plus we still had to ship the package to you.
I said but you shipped the wrong thing....he went to the back and asked and came back out and said the manager said it couldn't be done, I said fine just give me $42 and change back.

The ordering process was average to poor. I was only allowed to choose PO Box Shipping method because my address is a Rural Route address. This is an extreme short coming that some companies make that prohibits people like me in that live in the country to receive next day delivery even though the US Post Office Fed Ex, and UPS do deliver next day to my location.
The selection of games is good with average to good pricing but with the experience of slow delivery process. Being lied to about the process. And the rude or lack of customer service after the wrong product was shipped late makes this a horrible experience.
I would suggest really thinking twice before using this company or visiting their stores.
