EB Games

I first purchased a game off of EBgames website 12 days ago. I was very happy with how easy it was to place my order, but what came next would make me never want to buy from EB again. After I purchased my game, I was given a tracking number from EBgames.com for use with USPS. I read on EB's website that the number might not come into effect for 24 hours. This sounded fair enough to me. But, after waiting for days and days and days, the tracking number never worked. Even now, 12 days later, USPS says to contact the seller because the tracking number is non existent. How was I supposed to know if my game ever got mailed or sent to the right person? I just had to wait to see if it would come...and it did.
As for the helpful things I should put down...

Deliver Speed: (out of a 10 scale)
3-Still the SLOWEST service for any online retailer, but at least my game got here.

Order Accuracy: (out of a 10 scale)(Broken into two parts)
*0-The order number was not even registered with the USPS.*
*10-Because the game arrived, I have to give EB a 10. But because I had a problem with the order itself, I will give EB a 0. So pretty much, I am happy that my game came, but not very happy with the problem I had experienced. This is why I gave two scores for order accuracy.*

Customer Service:
7-I contacted them with a less than 24 hour response. (I emailed EB about my game.) They just simply said that USPS does not update tracking accurately and has a tendency not to do so. I find this statement to be unrealistic because I have never had this problem before with ANY shipped USPS package.

Overall Satisfaction: (out of a 10 scale)
5-EB delivery speed is slower than slow, their accuracy is non existent (just like my tracking number was), and my overall satisfaction is poor. Although my game did come, I would rather go to an EB store to buy something than buy
