After I ordered this shirt for my dad as a joke I changed my mind and wanted to add a few things to it. I e-mailed artapart and they quickly cancelled my first order and filled my second. There was no phone tag or finding the right person - just one e-mail and they did everything I asked. I tell everyone where I work that if they need a personalized shirt they should go to Artapart.com.

As a member of a Volunteer fire department a few of us decided that for our Installation of Officers we would all wear shirts that simply said Impeach Jeff. Jeff is the president of our club. I was searching the internet for a particular item that my son-in-law wanted, a tee shirt with a fly fishing theme on it. I found the ArtApart website and they seemed to have the best selection and I found what I wanted. It was easy and I received my shirt in just a few days. I was a bit puzzled that no paperwork came with the shirt. If I had had to return it, I'm not sure what I would have done. The only information I had was the original order I placed over my computer which I did print out for my reference. Seems like some sort of packing list or invoice should have been included in the shipment. Basically, I am very satisfied.
