When I received my son's t-shirts, I had ordered them too small. I contacted ArtApart via email to ask what I should do. They promptly replied, then emailed with a further question regarding size clarification, and shipped out my replacements immediately upon receipt of the too small shirts being returned. I was very impressed with the dragon t-shirts, but even more impressed with the ease and promptitude of my exchange.

I went to several sites to TRY to design my shirt and these sites were so confusing and complicated that I messed up and had to start from the beginning, which caused me to give up and move on. Luckily, I stumbled upon ArtApart.com and was able to quickly and easily design my shirt. I work in a book store and the shirt I made was for the book Twilight by Stephenie Meyer who does not make shirts and encourages readers to make their own. I had several compliments on it and I told them all where to go to make them. Thank You!!

Everything was great. The web site was especially easy. I first tried to buy my photo tee shirts from Zazzle and was totally frustrated. After working for over an hour, the site deleted my entire order. After several attempts, I just gave up. ArtApart was so refreshing. The next time I have to order special shirts for an event (this was for a family reunion) I will go to ArtApart first. The shirts are great! Professionally done and better than I could have hoped for!

The t-shirts that we ordered came in great condition. Our only complaint was that the logo and names printed across the front of the shirt were much too small - it was impossible to tell this based on the proof sent to us. Customer service was very good as well.
