I am very pleased with this company. Unlike some of the reviews posted here I have never had a serious issue with the company, and I order regularly...about 8-10 times a year.

Shipping has been incredibly fast, even during the holidays. The cost is reasonable for regular shipping, and they run regular free shipping specials.

No credit card issues.

No web site issues.

Although you might find some items that are comparable at lower cost, overall the items are worth every penny. There are many items you will NOT find elsewhere and many were designed for tradesman use. The result is a very durable product line, which I have never hesitated to recommend to friends and family.

For those of us who are - ahem - on the larger side their sizes are generous and many items are cut to allow freedom of movement: again, showing their roots in the construction trades. Yet overall (no pun intended) they are good enough looking to be decent casual wear.

For those who wrote that many of the items are 'made in china' let me state that Chinese origin can sometimes mean questionable quality, it is not automatically proof of poor quality. I never noticed or looked at who made the Duluth's stuff I have, but they must have good suppliers, I have had no quality issues. Like most items in our stores and online stores - even "All-American" Levi's - Duluth imports things made overseas. This is not a deal breaker.

Customer service is good, both online and over the phone. When a small item was shipped to me with my order by mistake (I didn't order it) they appologized, and given the small cost told me to keep it rather than ship it back. When I did need to send something back (changed my mind, not a product issue) I was quickly taken care of without a hassle.

I wish I could say this about all online companies.
