Very good to excellent products and exceptional shipping with a fast turn around. The Fire Hose garments are truly fantastic with a durability factor next to none. Now for the real deal...On my recent 2 orders they have managed to lock up my money from my credit card by double authorizing the actual payment, I advised them of this on my first order and they replied that they had not process 2 orders, which was not the reason I e-mailed them about. Sort of a play down tactic that still managed to keep me from using the funds they had put a hold on till the authorization expired. I figured it was and over sight on their end since this is not practical for them to allow this to occur while still maintaining a good customer relationship? A few days later I place a bigger order and sure enough, they double authorized my funds and locked my money again! This time I notified my credit card issuer who confirm and advised me that it was done at Duluth's end on 2 different time slots, I and e-mailed customer service at Duluth once more to advise them that this is not a good tactic to bolster up their sales quota for a year end review at the consumers expense. I also asked them to correct this issue even if it ment that my current order be canceled. I never got a reply and my order was sent out without any correction of this issue. I guess I'll have to wait till the second authorization expires to gain control of my funds, It's a real shame to see good products take a dive due to poor credit card sales tactics, and even worse to lock up some one's money during the Holiday Shopping Season.
