We love the Whitepoint Chardonnay- it is oaky and has a nice pear, and slight vanilla flavor. We have also had their Cabernet from this store. The free shipping saved us 34.29- the savings is on the invoice, but backed out, so it is indeed free shipping. When we call to get help we TALK TO A HUMAN! Love the service and wines! Kay

My shopping experience was rather delightful. I enjoyed speaking one on one with the customer service representative, Ms. Heinze. She told me about the product I purchased and how often to not that they get the product in. She assured me that I could contact the company at anytime in the future if I need a re-shipment of the product that we loved so much if it will be available. The only thing I had a concern with was the free shipping. On the webpage when ordering, it said free shipping. When I got the receipt with my product I saw where there were a fee of $24.00, and for 6 bottles the shipping was suppose to be free. None the less because the product I ordered is a rareity it did not matter that much at all. Drink Better Wine is an excellent company to do business with. I sent the link to my daughter who is a Major in the U.S. Army, because she loves this product as well. I was first introduced to it by her in Europe on a visit with her.

The Fronsac VSOP and Pineau Des Charantes we found in France, and had to get some. We found Debra had both from a neighbor who gifted us a bottle for our Anniversary. I had Pineau des Charantes while in Fance and did not realize how hard it would be to find in the US! When I found Drink Better Wine, I was very happy they had a lot of it. We needed to buy many cases for an upcoming employee event. We received a discount which was unexpeceted, and nice ON TOP of our free shipping. The experience was excellent, we plan to do our Christmas shopping with Debra- I'll have her do all the work for us! Great service.

We have ordered the Grand Cru Cognac and the Gehrig Dornfelder now going on 7 years. Debra and ALlen are always on top of things and shipping is always on time. Even with the recent heat wave, ALlen called us as there was a few days too hot to ship, so they waited. We love the wines, and refer friends, as we get 1 free bottle of wine every time we send a customer that orders! We like that idea, and try to turn our friends onto a great wine site.
