The website was easy to navigate, always a plus! I have searched locally for canner replacement items but could not find them. Drillspot had them at a good price so I gave them a chance. Cheaper to order even with the shipping charge than having to drive into another town to track the stuff down. I received an email with order info and another with the tracking number so that I knew when the package would be at my door. I would call the packaging over the top but better too much than not enough. It would have been very difficult to damage this stuff with the box packed so carefully. I got my items exactly when I expected and they were the items I have been searching for. What a relief to find my stuff here and have it delivered so quickly. Drillspot was a very good internet shopping experience and I will shop with them again if they have the items I need. Thank you for a job well done.

They had the best price I could find anywhere,and I really shopped around the net and bricks and mortar stores.I wanted a space heater that was USA made and this Digital Vornado was it. Once I placed the order they sent me an order confirmation email and then followed up with an email to let me know when it actually shipped and provided a tracking number so I'd know when it would arrive. It was shipped very quickly and arrived sooner than I expected which is great since it's cold!! I was very pleased with the whole transaction and would definitely shop with them in the future!

Needed dimmable fluorescent light bulbs and was referred from Amazon to DrillSpot. Found what I needed, placed the order and, within the timeframe promised, received my lightbulbs. Called Customer Service to see if they had different wattage bulb and talked to an actual human being about it. Simple, straightforward shopping experience.

I ordered an item on a Thursday and had not received a shipping confirmation email by the following Wednesday. At DrillSpot.com, my order came up as "processed." When I called customer service, I was told that it looked like my purchase must be sitting in the warehouse ready to be packed and shipped, and that it would ship that evening. Come the following evening (now it's Thursday again), I check my order at DrillSpot.com and see that its status has changed from "processed" to "refunded," though I never received an email to that effect, nor any other communication from the company after the initial order confirmation email. I chose to make this purchase at DrillSpot because of its high seller rating, and am, obviously, very disappointed.
