Horrible service

I ordered a crib set and an extra crib sheet at the beginning of April. The crib set arrived with no problem however the crib sheet was on back order. It was supposed to arrive 2-3 weeks later. It is now the end of July and I can't get anyone from Dreamtime baby on the phone. I e-mailed them and there was no response. When I call their customer service line I am on hold until it finally makes me leave a message which is not returned. Don't order from them!

They did not send me an email or confirmation tracking number when the merchandise was shipped. Tried calling the company repeatedly before talking to an actual person. That person gave a tracking number and we did not have any problems beyond that.

The website was easy to use and they had the products I was looking for at a good price. However, it was only after I submitted my payment information and accepted the order that I was told delivery was going to take 2-3 weeks! I ordered three items and was notified that 2 were shipping and had to contact customer service to find out where the other item was, as my shipping notice did not say. The service staff did respond quickly and that was nice, but when I got the first part of the shipment, it was wrong! This is frustrating...I still haven't received the second half of my order or any notice that it has shipped. I ordered these items 3 weeks ago.

First, notice, all the good reviews are from 2005. Maybe they are under new management. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!

I have ordered a baby-gate from Dreamtime baby three weeks ago. I have written emails and called about my order. I have only been able to contact their voice-mail. I have not received any response, but my charge-card was charged within 24 hours of my purchase. I am very annoyed and upset. I only want my baby-gate, but no one will call back.

AWFUL!!!! I ordered a Sprinkles the Elephant Comfy Cozy by Baby Gund and was shipped the WRONG item. When I tried to resolve the issue, I could NEVER talk to anybody. That was until I pressed the option to place an order. Then I was immediately connected to a CSR. But, he was so RUDE and did not help me at all. He told me he would call me back when he could find my order. I still haven't heard from him or anyone else from this company.

this has been the worst online shopping experience in my entire life. customer service is extremely difficult to get a hold and they limit the time you can hold to actually talk to someone. it's taking an act of God to cancel my order. it's been nearly 4 weeks since I placed it and have never received a shipping confirmation. i called customer service a week ago and did get to speak to a rep. she was going to contact the sales rep but have heard nothing since. i'm going to purchase this stroller from another vendor and it will be worth it to pay a little bit more. thanks for the opportunity of providing feedback.

I ordered my baby's bedding from Dreamtime Baby on 6-26-06. My bank paid them on that Friday 6-30-06. I have tried to call and email them in regards to when I might receive the merchandise and have not spoken to anyone nor have they returned any of my calls. I will keep you posted as to IF I receive my merchandise!

I am not happy at all!!! I ordered 7 items May 23, 2006, they charged my credit card 2 days later. I still haven't received 4 of my items. I have e-mailed and called and when I finally get a response they tell me the rest of my order will be shipped at the end of the week but I never receive it. I hope this will prevent someone else from getting into the mess I did.

It was absolutely horrible! It took 5 weeks to receive and I was told it would take 2-3. The first two times I spoke to Customer Service trying to find out when it would be shipped, I spoke to someone that was rude and no help. It took 2 weeks to be shipped out. Then, I only received 3 of the 8 items and tried to call again. I could not reach anyone for a week. I sent 2 emails and left 3 messages. Afraid the company had gone under, I called as if I wanted to place an order and finally someone picked up. Turns up, some items were on backorder even though I was first told they were not. I went with Dreamtime Baby because they were a little cheaper, but I would have MUCH rather paid more and not have had to deal with all that mess!!

Dreamtime Baby does not return calls or emails. If you call them, they allow you to stay on the phone for about 5 minutes waiting for a CSR & then it goes to a voice mail.

This place is a total JOKE!! We're expecting a baby in two weeks and we ordered a complete crib bedding set back in April. It finally arrived but the wall border wasn't with it. They said it was on back order. Well now it's mid July and still no item. I called to check on the status last week and this kid answered the phone by saying "Hello". It took him forever to even find my order in the system and then some other guy came on the line and LIED to me. He told me last week that it would be sent by 3 day air and it still hasn't arrived!!!! Something is seriously wrong with this company. Psychopathic clowns are running it!! If you love waiting, being lied to, and have money to burn, then they're for you.

Horrible Shipping and Customer Service!

This company is horrible! They do not ship merchandise, they lie about shipping dates and what will be shipped. We ordered merchandise three weeks ago and finally got through to a customer service rep. after 15 minutes on hold. He told us ALL of our merchandise would be shipped in the next few days. One item showed up two days later. Called them back and was told the same story but they were more rude this time. So we are reversing our charges on our credit card and cancelling the order. You may save money with these folks, but you sure do get what you pay for as far as service. Why does it take them so long to ship, when other online merchants can ship the same merchandise in just a few days? They have an expired BBB reliability seal on their site. What a joke! I would recommend nobody ordering from this online disgrace! They take what should be a happy time and bring hassles into it.

Worst online shopping experience ever!

Stay away from this scam of a company! I ordered $300 in bedding over a month ago. I emailed and called trying to find out the status of my order. I think there is ONE man who works there and answers the phone "hello"!! I was told my order was being put together and would ship. Well, two weeks later I get ONE item from my order and it was damaged!! I'm told Fed Ex will be calling to schedule a pick up and of course that hasn't happened. The rest of my order still hasn't shipped. I think they get things secondhand and damaged! I have the charge on dispute with my credit card company and I have a baby on the way with no nursery items to do my nursery. It's very upsetting!

DO NOT ORDER FROM DREAMTIME BABY!

I ordered a twin bed set for my daughter. Had to wait two months because they were "waiting for a pillow case"!!!!!!
Tnen when I finally received the order for the twin bedding, Dreamtime Baby sent me a CRIB RUFFLE?!

Called customer service numerous times...the wait was insane to talk to a rep. The representative of Dreamtime Baby was nice enough, and said she would put out a request for a twin dust ruffle, and send me a return form for the crib ruffle.

It gets better...weeks go by...nothing. I called and emailed to find out the status of my order, plus my request for a refund form. I HAVEN'T HEARD A THING FROM THIS COMPANY!

MOMS---DADS--- STAY AWAY FROM DREAMTIME BABY!!!!!!

I tried to order a car seat adaater for a Bugaboo Frog from Dreamtime Baby. What they don't tell you up front, is that most orders take 2 to 6 weeks to ship. You find this out after you get the confirmation screen. Unlike most shops, Dreamtime Baby charges your card IMMEDIATELY as opposed to when the item actually ships. This is bad business in my opinion.

I was able to find the part at a local dealer who had several in stock and for a few bucks less. So when I tried to cancel the order, I was sent directly to "your call is important to us" hell. After 11 minutes, you are dumped to voicemail regardless, so you have to call back. The best part is that NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK! Right now I'm looking at disputing the charges and this seems like it's the only way to get their attention. Save yourself the hassle and don't order from such an inept online store.

This company is not registered with the Better Business Bureau due to non-renewal, their business license is expired,the 310 exchange is no longer in service, and they do not return calls, emails or fax. If you notice the positive feedback from this company is mostly from 2003 and the negative feedback is from 2005 until now!!! I would be willing to bet it is new owners! I ordered close to $400 worth of bedding however the site showed no order history for me nor could they track my order. I had to go to my bank to dispute this transaction due to no communication from Dreamtime Baby! Pay full price at a retail store and save yourself the headache!!

This is a horrible company, I can't believe that there are actually positive reviews about Dreamtime baby. I wish I saw this website before ordering, because I would never have wasted my time. I ordered a simple light switch plate almost 6 weeks ago and I still haven't received it. I sent an email that I only got an autoresponse from, they never bothered to write me back. I called three weeks ago and was told it would be shipped that week and I would get an email for tracking my package. Wow, nothing yet. I'm going to call and cancel my order, but I read another review where a guy who canceled is still waiting for his money to be returned, so I'm probably out of luck. STAY AWAY FROM DREAMTIME BABY!! Don't listen to the positive reviews.

Very happy with their selection and stock on hand. They also shipped my items in a timely manner. they offered free shipping with purchases over 100.00 - even without the free shipping, shipping would have been a very reasonable 8.00 per item.

I placed an order online for 2 Hello Kitty Window Valances and a Hello Kitty wall hanging. I gave a credit card number for the totat. I have received the two window valances but haven't received the wall hanging. I sent and email and asked for an explanation. This has been more than a week and I haven't gotten a response as of yet. I will have to make a phone call and possibly dispute with my credit card company. If they will make this right, I will CONSIDER shopping with them again in the future. As of right now, NO WAY! I ordered a Peg Perego infant car seat on 5/04/06. My credit card was charged for the car seat, along with the shipping fee.(the car seat was listed as free shipping). They then voided the sale on my credit card, for unknown reasons, and put my order on hold. When I finally got in contact with customer service,(at baby universe) to cancel my order, my card was charged again. I've been trying to contact them for days via phone, and e-mail, still no response, or car seat. Since then, I've purchased this item elsewhere. Do not order from this company ever!!!!!!!!

It was impossible to track the shipment. UPS didn't have it on their system, and there is no way to reach DreamTime Baby. They need to upgrade their tracking system, so customers can track it through the entire process including shipping.

It took too long for my order to be shipped. Once it was shipped it only took a few days...it was around 3 weeks before it even went out. This is too long in my opinion, it should be shipped out within the first week it was ordered.

Trusted Seller??? I wonder how much money Dreamtime paid for that. They're real quick to charge your credit card. But when it comes to returning calls, replying to emails, or shipping your order...not happening. I placed my order, my card got charged the same day, and my order just sat there for a week. I emailed and called, and all I got was the same auto reply...."normally takes 24-48 hours to reply". I finally got someone to cancel my order, but I still havent received the credit back on my card. Take my advice, stay away from Dreamtime. They're a nightmare.

IN STOCK does not mean they have the item in the warehouse

Wrong representation of what is actually "in stock". I ordered a carseat that was suppose to be "in stock" over a week ago, and they were suppose to shipout within 48 hours after ordering. I finally found out today they actually do not have the carseat in their warehouse, and they cannot tell me when they will receive it. And in the meantime, my credit card has been charged!!! Will not buy from them again unless I can confirm what they actually mean by "in stock".

I ordered my item back on March 12th and was later sent a confirmation of my order and told that it was on backorder until April 15th which was not a big deal. I emailed them on April 14th when I noticed the item no longer said on back order on their website. I received no response so I emailed again on April 19th when the item showed on back order until May 31st. I've emailed two more times and tried calling their 800 number twice -- still no response. I truly don't mind it being on back order until May 31st but I would have liked to have received a notification of it being a longer wait and I would love to have someone there answer my emails and phone calls!
