THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER PLEASE DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS MERCHANT>

My story is much the same as previous posters. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS!
Ordered a Britax Car Seat and was not informed that it was on backorder. When over a week went buy and I heard nothing from the company I called to check its status. I was informed it was on backorder for another week. Called in a week's time and same story this time for another week and a half. Being the idiot I am, I didn't cancel and patiently waited. The seat was suppose to be shipped yesterday and I called today to confirm. NOPE this time on back order until April 22!!!! I cancelled the order. Dreamtime didn't have any problem charging my card over a month ago and now I have to try to recoup my losses with my credit card company. DON"T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM- as I can see, some people have had good experiences with them, even still look how many of us have been put through hoops for nothing... If you buy from them and happen to have a good experience you still support a company that has no regards for their customers. I would much rather give my money to someone else even for the extra money.
