Ordered a Britax Boulevard car seat at a great price. I ordered it even though they said it was out of stock. I was afraid that the sale would run out, and I would have to buy it at a later date for more money. I called Dreamtime Baby (which is also Baby Universe) the next day during business hours to inquire on when they thought the item would be in stock The nice customer service employee told me the date Britax gave them was 3/30/07. She said it was possible that they would send some to them early, but she couldn't guarantee that, but she said I could cancel the order if I needed to get one sooner from somewhere else.

A few hours later, I received and email that said my item had shipped!!!!! :) It was shipped Fedex Ground and arrived exactly a week later. So I guess even though the website says things are "out of stock" that might not neccesarily be true.

I was a little sceptical buying from this company because some of the bad reviews, but I would definetly shop with them again. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. The best experience I have had so far buying anything on the internet, and I do a lot of buying on the internet!!!
