I would return to DogToys.com...The sight was easy to navigate, the selection was great, all items were "in stock" and they were shipped quickly/easily. So, the initial shopping experience was fabulous! Now, I must comment on the post-shopping experience... As far as these SURVEYS go, I hate to break it to you, but you SUCK! If (and when) I EVER order online again, I am not responding to any marketing links/tactics/surveys...I buy online when I cannot locate a product within the limits of my hometown. I cannot be tricked and annoyed into buying anything! So, there's your answer... MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE at DOGTOYS.COM was GREAT, the box was delivered, and then I ENTERED MARKETING HELL. You guys need to figure it out and stop torturing this MILD "consumer"... SINCERELY, X

I have always been pleased with the items available and the quaility. My orders have never taken more than 4 days to receive. My dog knows the box is his and follows me around till he gets a treat. So I know the quailty is good because he is very picky.

This is the second time I've ordered from DogToys.com. So far, I have been very pleased with the selection and the prices. My only complaint is that I purchased a light that attaches to my dog's leash. The light comes with batteries included, however, when I opened the package, the batteries were already dead. Luckily, I had purchased extra batteries so I was able to use the light right away. While unfortunate, this has been the only "mishap" I've encountered. I don't believe this will affect my decision to shop at DogToys in the future, as I have been satisfied on every other count with my experience.

There is no way to track the progress of one's order. You just know it was completed because you receive an e-mail. However, maost other companies provide you with a tracking number so you can track the shipment through whatever agency it was shipped - be it USPS, Fedex, UPS or whichever. Having that feature would be nice. Other than that, the merchant is Excellent in service.

Overall the experience was great. I have ordered from dogtoys.com before and probably will again. The only thing that bothered me was that I e-mailed customer service to see how I could track my order. I was never given a tracking number on my order confirmation and customer service still has not contacted me. I did recieve my order the day after I sent the e-mail but I still would have liked a response. Taking care and helping the customer; isn't that what "customer service" is about.

The best of the best of the best! Even my PUPS know when it's a package from DogToys.com! You should see three bounding Pomeranians and one (a little elderly!) yorkie all crowding trying to get into the box! Such a hoot! And those 'mini-migrators' ... the perfect size for the little dog! My pups carry 'em around like they are handbags or something!

Having small dogs, it is hard to find toys that are small enough. Not only did DogToys.com have them but it was easy to locate them on their site. Both of my orders have been handled promptly. I have received the merchandise in 2 to 3 days.

I don't live in the US and am somewhat frustrated by the amount of online stores that don't ship outside the US. So when I came across dogtoys.com, and saw the variety of great stuff, I went for it.
