The experience was very good. However our dog, a German Shepherd managed to chew through the balls in only one day this time. It usually takes her at least a month. The manufacturer of the Teaser Ball need to make sure all the holes in the ball are uniform in thickness. I have to order more for her as she chewed through both balls that I ordered in just two days. They are obviously her favorite toys.

One item was on backorder and then the whole order was sent once it came in. It didn't take long. The packaging was perfect. The toys were absolutely great. They had toys I hadn't been able to find for years. I could order the size toy I needed for my large dogs and it took the question out of wondering if I was ordering something appropriate for my dogs. One talking toy quit talking right after receiving it and they replaced it right away and free of charge. This is a great company to do business with. I would recommend them to anyone.
