Doctor's Trust

I went with Dr Roy Kim for my breast augmentation. And Dr Kim did a terrible job. I had a previous surgery done before him in hopes that he could improve my results but worsen it. Why did i pay so much money to look worse? He shows no remorse that he messed up my breasts. He did a below average job and take NO responsiblity for what he did and now I have to waste my time pursuing actions on him. Dealing with his work on me is enough pain and stress.I regret that I went with dr. Roy kim and hate myself more that i gave him a 2nd chance to fix his mistakes and to be let down again with worse outcomes. Now I have to live with unproffessional careless scars he gave me.

My first order was great. They processed it and sent it out in record time.

My second order, a large one, has not been so great. No tracking number, Postal Service can find no record of it and Doctor's Trust tells me it is the Postal Service's fault and I must wait until 10 business days have passed, before they will look into it. Did not respond to my email. Of course my credit card has been charged.

I'm all done with them. The order was for a trip I'm taking.

Terrible customer service... I placed an order 08/10/06, did not receive it... supposedly was undeliverable by USPS, find that hard to believe when I've had 6 orders from DT since 2005... Sent second time, same response... come to find out they've been using the wrong address... So its 10/19/06 now with no package...called three times previous to ask for second replacement, but no one sent it, asked today to have overnighted for inconvienance, and they said "only corporate can approve more than USPS shipping"... 2 months, no vitamins, and terrible customer service, unwilling to help, tried to blame me for not recieving, asked multiple times for return calls-never happened. Going elsewhere.

It was my worst experience shopping on the Internet. I have waited for my order for 3 weeks. When I called to find out what have happened, they told me that my order have been canceled because address on my credit card did not match some other address. (That sounds very strange, since I’ve used this card for more that 5 years before). I NEVER received any letters or emails to inform me about order cancellation. I’ve asked the representative to replace my order again and he did. With much higher prices. I had to call thousand times to request a credit and after more than a month, I’m still waiting for one. People there are very polite and friendly, BUT really helpless. I’ll NEVER order from them again.

My experience was so-so; the order was delayed.

I like Doctor’s Trust. They’ve been good to me and their prices are stellar. That is their best selling point. Check out some of their sun chlorella or gluco products, as well as the sex supplements, the discounts are extremely good.

Good prices. Fast shipping. Just discovered these guys. Their site looks a little outdated, but try not to let it distract you from their otherwise good offerings. My first order was hassle free. I plan on doing further business here.

Based on the other reviews below I may just be preaching to the choir, but I wanted my chance to commend Doctor’s Trust on their excellent products & prices. They do truly stand out as a high quality & low cost discount vitamin service. Glad to see that there are others who have had the similar experiences/opinions.

They have the cheapest prices on L-Carnitine, Sun Chlorella, and Krill Oil period! I have never found another company out there that can remotely compete with Doctor’s Trust in price on these products ever! Their other products are price darn good too. Price is definitely their strong point. You can save some major money here.

Can’t be too healthy is my motto. I strive for the best in my health and that includes the products I ingest into my body. DT does a good job of satisfying this need. First-rate stuff here. Won’t take long to notice the difference amongst the others. No need to settle with lower class substitutes. Try these guys, you want be disappointed.

One of things I’m most impressed with regarding Doctor’s Trust is the fact that all of the products they carry are of such excellent quality. With so many discount vitamin shops offering crappy products (buyers beware) it’s great to have found a company that actually delivers high quality items. I actually talked to one of the customer reps and they said that this a major priority for them. Given the fact that they do this with such cheap prices makes them an A+ company in my books. Great Customer Support! When I read that they have 24/7 customer support I though it was just a marketing gimmick… so when I had a question about a product and called at 11:37pm last night I wasn’t expecting too much. Wow! There was actually someone there and they were very friendly and helped me with all my product questions. I was very impressed. Really cheap! And I do mean that… I’ve just recently gotten into this whole “vitamin” thing and have been appalled at some of the prices these companies charge.
