I found the urn at dmartstores at an excellent price. I called before placing the order and was helped by a polite man who answered all my questions. He told me my order would be delivered in 3-5 days and I received it 3 days later in perfect condition.

Ordered a double stroller from them...had the best price. It was a 2006 model (ordered in 2008) but I didn't care, nothing had really changed on the stroller. They emailed me back the next day after I ordered the stroller to say that they didn't have any in stock but would give me a special price on the 2008 model. Excellent! So for $40 more than the 2006 model, I got the newest model. Works for me! As well, the customer service rep (Henry) expedited the order for me and it was received very quickly by ground UPS. Can't say enough good things about Henry, good communication skills, polite and diligent.
Received the stroller in perfect condition, exactly as ordered less than a week later. Thanks Dmart!! |

Told item ships in 1-2 days. Email arrived stating 6-8 weeks back order. Trying to cancel, email no reply and phone calls after 30+ attempts still can't get through. Some customer service.

Avoid Dmart like the plague! I recently ordered a hand held vacuum from them. They say items ship within 48 hours; however, I did not receive mine until a month later. They told me they had sent me an e-mail saying that it was back ordered which I definitely did not receive. When I returned the unopened box, I was told I would be charged a 15% "restocking fee." When I complained about the fee in light of the ridiculous wait, I was told that it would be reduced to 10% but that they were "unable" to waive the restocking fee...translation, unwilling. I do a lot of ordering on-line, and this is really the 1st time I have ever encountered such poor customer service. Most sites let you know when you attempt to order that an item is out-of-stock. I certainly have never been charged a "restocking fee."

I ordered a high end stroller over the holiday from Dmart stores online. I was not impressed by the checkout page...it feels a bit flimsy and the tracking number was not on the email as stated, HOWEVER...I called after the weekend just to make sure they were on the up and up and after a few busy signals...a pleasant man informed me that my stroller had been shipped the day before, fedex and would arrive in 1 day. Then when I mentioned the fact that I couldn't track my pkg...before I could get off the phone, he had forwarded a new email with tracking number. I received my stroller the next morning and while it had a minor scratch on the frame (not sure from what), it was in the factory box and wonderful. Would order from again with confidence. I am a frequent online shopper.

BUYER BEWARE--This store sent me a broken humidifier. Instead of allowing me to exchange it for one that worked, they told me that I missed my "window" for returns (14 Days). So, I'm stuck with broken product. Do not buy from this store

I don't know what these guys are trying to do, but they have a serious honesty problem. I ordered a weight vest and received an email the next day saying that the billing address I gave didn't match what visa had. I called Dmart's customer service number, and inquired about this problem. The rep put me on hold while he called my bank again and returned with the same answer. I called up my bank and they said that they refused to give out or verify address addresses of members. Needless to say, I was a little turned off to know that I was lied to. What was the guy trying to accomplish? When I canceled the order, I received an email saying, "Thanks for your order. Unfortunately, the item you ordered is sold out. We have canceled your order and your credit card has not been charged." What a load of crap.
Bottom line: I would stay away from these folks. |

I placed an order on an item that was advertised as "in stock". I waited for four days before I got a confirmation for my order only to find out the item was "no longer available."

Basically, they sold me garbage, for $60. They had the ability to send a replacement or give me my money back, they simply chose not to because they felt they had a policy that justified it, and they ignored the fact that they lied about the product

I was shopping for a baby item, their site quoted lowest price and "In Stock," I called to verify both and the man stated that yes, in fact, it was in stock but I could hear a man in the background say "No, we don't have any." So I called again later, talked to a different man who said, "Let me check," then I could hear in the background "no, we don't have any," the man came back on the line and said, "We have two in stock but we haven't reviewed all of today's orders so they may have been purchased before you. Go ahead and place your order, but if they were bought before you by someone else it would be on back order for a couple of weeks." I was dumbfounded! Complete Liars! Never shop here, even if it is the best price.
