Have not received the product yet. Dmart has not communicated a back order or delayed shipping to me. I call Dmart to check on status. They told me the would check and get back to me. Never got back to me. Called the store again today. My only option was to leave a voice mail. Was expecting this gift to arrive well before Christmas, now I'm concerned that it won't get here at all!

Extremely pleasant experience, especially the call to me to verify the shipping address as it was to the same name as the billing address, but a different address. DMART - KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

My biggest complaint is that their website says it was in stock but it was not. I revieved and email 2 days later saying that it was not in stock. Yes they offered my a different fabric. But if you check the website it still says that they have it in stock. very poor record keeping and your website should definately reflect your inventory!

unexpected delay - was originally told the product was in stock then found out it was not and had to be ordered and would delay delivery 2-3 weeks. We'll see when it actually arrives what I think of the overall purchase.

I'm very pleased with my purchase, very difficult to find a safety rail that will fit a convertible crib so I was very happy that you had one available. I thought the price was a little high though but it fits my daughter's crib perfectly.

After having chosen to use Dmart because the product was backordered on several sites, I was dismayed to receive an e-mail several days after my order was placed informing me that they were out of stock and instead of backordering it, they simply cancelled my order, leaving me in a lurch.

The back right tire blew on my stroller and I needed a new tube and tire. I went online, purchased both (or so I thought) and found out the next day that while the tube was in stock, the tire wasn't. I got an e-mail from the company suggesting that I purchase a whole new back wheel, which they did have in stock -- until I called to place the new order. Apparently, minutes before I called, Customer Service got an e-mail from the warehouse saying that they were also out of stock on the back wheel. The agent I talked to then offered me the entire front wheel (which was $5 more expensive) for the same price as the back wheel. That new order was placed one day and I got the wheel in the mail the next day. Two weeks later, when the OTHER back tire blew, I went back to Dmartstores and tried again to order the separate tube and tire (in the hopes that the tire itself was now in stock). It wasn't, but I was able to purchase the whole back wheel (which WAS now in stock) and it came the next day. Not an ideal situation for me cost-wise (since the tube and tire separately would have been far less expensive than the wheel sets I wound up purchasing), but at least I wasn't without my double stroller for too long!

I purchased a Zooper Peas & Carrots High Chair.  I ordered the 2007 "discontinued" version because it was $60 cheaper than the latest version. The only difference was the color/fabric print on the chair between the 2007 and the 2008/2009 versions.  Well after I placed the order, I received an e-mail that the 2007 was sold out.  DMart offered me either of the other two newer versions at the same discounted price.  DMart was prompt with communication, great customer service and I received my high chair in less than a week, which included the time it took for them to confirm I was okay with the offered substitute.  They sent me a revised invoice showing the change and included the shipping information so I could track my delivery.  I was extremely happy with their service, prices and products.  I would recommend them and will definitely shop their again.

I was going to buy 2 beach chairs and a roof sport rack.
The shipping was $60 I removed the roof rack and shipping was $51.
I bought the same chairs at campingstation.com for $1 more, shipping was only $13. They are a reseller making money on shipping.
Don't buy here and let them Rip you off. Shop around you will  get it cheaper.

I ordered the product last week. The online store said they would ship in 1-2 business days.It's been 4 business days and there's still no tracking info available or a notice that my product has been shipped. I'm going to cancel the order if I don't hear from them by Monday!

the Mountain Buggy double stroller rain cover was out of stock, but it appeared on the Web Site. I received an email day or so after order placed that was out of stock & didn't know when would be available. I think there should be tighter control over what is on the Web Site and what is available. I realize the difficulties of inventory control, but this seems so vital to Internet ordering and customer service.

I ordered a heavy~duty play pen for my grandbaby... & the shipping would have been expensive. Also rec.'d a very friendly call prior to the shipping to confirm the order & if I had any questions. recieved wrong order, he said my fault not true.i talked to him and told him exactly what i wanted he ordered wrong cooker and would not help me in returning without re-stocking charge and postage for the old pot back and postage for next one sent at that rate i wpould have spent more on postage than pot worth. i think he should cover the postage for the return and get the one i wanted.postage was13.24. i wanted the oval 6 ot. thanks joy. 2403757072

Item was poorly packaged, was shipped in a reused carton which was too large for the item, extra space was filled with crumpled grocery bags. Product carton was water damaged, it looked like product had been in a flood. No indication of prodcut manufacturer name or address or phone number either on instructions or packaging container to claim warranty if product was defective. All in all not what I would say as professional, certainly not up to AMazon.com standards which is the benchmark etailers should strive to acheive.
