I ordered a baby cradle swing for my brother and sis-in-law's new addition to their family. It was delivered to their house with the box had been opened and was taped back. When they checked the contents of the box, they found that it was like put back in a hurry and didn't check it further. I called the cust service and was told that the box probably opened during shipping. I bought several things via internet before and the package always arrived in my door in good to excellent condition. The staff I spoke to asked me to have my brother to check the rest of its contents for any broken pieces so they can replaced it free of charge. If they have to return it, then I will to pay for the 15% restocking fee. My brother did check the contents, found the toys dirty and scratches on a part of the swing. He called them and a replacement arrived 2 days later. Well, my brother and sis-in-law got more disappointed bec the box of the former package appeared nicer than this 2nd one. When they checked the contents, there were stains on the toys, etc. My brother did not want to return the item and don't want to deal with them anymore. He will just buy another one from Target. He thinks that this store probably buys old or returned items from other stores and sell them in the internet. I am so glad that I bought the Peg Perego stroller from another store (which arrived clean, in perfect shape and form at their house).
