I followed the very VAGUE order process. Long story short, the package was supposedly delivered by FedEx with no signature required to a home address. The box was missing and I have heard NOTHING after many repeated calls to customer service. I was told that the managers only communicate via email and do not accept phone calls. I have never done business and will never do business with a company that does not allow customers to speak with a manager!

I've bought a couple of really good gifts for older kids here. But I also bought one cheap kit that wasn't very good (ant farm without ants). I got rave reviews about the electronic project kit lab from both my nephew and his father! I'm pretty sure he's going to like the chemistry set I got this time. It's wonderful to give gifts that are both educational and fun. I wish they had more variety of quality sets and more aimed at girls that are educational and not just pretty.

Terrible! I ordered an item on backorder and they said it would be in on time for christmas. Then they changed the the date from the 17th to the 19th. ok, still in time for xmas. I just checked and they changed it again to the 22nd. Not in time for xmas. I called customer service and they could not have cared less. *IF* it actually comes in on the 22nd it would not make it in time for xmas. I cancelled the order

It was a pleasure and although the product did take some time longer than expexted I think this was due to it being sent to the UK. When I had a problem with the motor I contacted the company and they were very helpful putting me in touch with the right people.
