The product descriptions are extensive and very accurate. The products are of very high quality and the pricing is very reasonable. If there is a need to contact them, they respond quickly in a pleasant, friendly manner. And they go out of their way to assist if something is amiss. Last Christmas, a booklet was missing from one of their products (not their fault) and they chased the manufacturer down for me, who quickly provided the booklet. On a scale of 1-10 overall, they rate 15.

My shopping experience was good even though I had small difficulties with the courrier company. they came to bring the material without notice. The custom taxes charged were not informed. The courrier company didn´t deliver the order without getting the check first.

I will NEVER order from this place again- I ordered over 100 dollars worth of merchandise well before Christmas and there was a glitch with delivery . FEDEX stated that they delivered it to my porch but I never recieved the merchandise, so I called both fedex and DISCOVER THIS and they told me to place another order and pay for it again and they would send it out right away. In the shipping info it stated that signature service was required and fedex made a note that signature service was not required by the shipper, so I am surmising that the merchandise was either stolen from my porch or misdelivered but the response that I got from Discover this is appalling- I tried several times to speak to a supervisor and they actually hung up on me. So now I am hoping that FEDEX finds my package, in the mean time this company has my money and I have nothing.

The Sea-Monkey kits ( five pieces total)are the problem. I tried one before using the others with my grand-chldren as I planned. It was absolutely useless, did not work at all. I contacted the store. They insist I have to apply to the manufacturer for a refund of the one I opened and was defective and have refused to pay the return shipping on the others.I had to pay that and I have. This is not ethical and I will not shop here again. I HOPE the remaining, expensive, items I bought as Christmas gifts are okay. This is the worst on-line shopping experience I have ever had.

The website purchase was completley what I was looking for. They shipped it and it arrived on time. This was important as it was part of our companies fill the bus promotion. Greensboro, NC does this every back to school to help assist teachers who have to purchase out of pocket supplies to teach their children.

I purchased 2 items. One worked fine, the other did not work as advertised (Star Theater 2). I called Discover This and they promised to return my call. I waited one month - no call. When I called back , they refused to take the product back because it had been opened. How is a consumer supposed to know if the product works if they don't open it. It wasn't defective - it just didn't DO anything and they flat out refused to help me.

this was a purchase of a chemistry set for my nephew's birthday. i was ordering it a little late, but it still got to him for his birthday party that weekend. Luckily, Discover This's warehouse was in the same state as my nephew.
