Items arrived sooner than predicted--turns out they have local warehouses. I would have preferred more "Who we are" information on the website. Otherwise, the link to the product on the website was perfect and checkout was efficient. I didn't feel "taken" by shipping charges--would have been extremely generous for large or heavy orders!

Very good. My only complaint is that my page flags, which could have fit in a 5x7 envelope, were mailed in two SEPARATE shipments, each in its own big box with plastic inflated packaging. An enormous waste of resources.

I was searching for a vinyl utili-jacs on the net when I discovered this merchant. The price was cheaper than anywhere else and so I ordered the first class envelopes and Precise V7 pens as well, for they also were cheaper.

I order from Discount Office Items weekly and am very satisfied.  I did a cost comparison between DOI and my old supplier, and every item was less at DOI.  I have never received anything damaged, although they do send a lot of boxes (but that has to do with which warehouse the items I order come from).  They send you your invoice IMMEDIATELY which is excellent, and shipping is fast.

Item was received and apeared to have water damage in addition to  the item being misrespresented online.  When I contacted the company I was told that I could return the merchandise but that I would have to pay the shipping cost out of pocket and upon reeipt they would refund my credit card.  Only when they refunded my credit card it was less the amount of the original shipping and handling which resulted in my paying the shipping and handling twice. Poor customer service.

Superb!!!! I found the items I was looking for (some of which are my faves that can no longer be found in local stores). Their prices are very competitive as well (most being about 25-30% less than better-known office supply stores.  I placed the order and received all the items the next business day- totally blew me away!!  Can't ask for better service!  I thoroughly recommend Discount Office Supplies!!

This is one of the best online shopping experiences I've ever had. Usually, I check where the internet store is because I always want my purchases yesterday. I didn't do that this time because much of the order was for the new year, two weeks away. All my items arrived today ONE day after I ordered. They provide serious competition to local Office This and Office That stores. They carry a wide selection which is why I was using the web, instead of trying local places that didn't have what I needed.  Ultra-fast delivery, big selection, excellent prices.

THE ONLY THING IS, I USUALLY SHOP AT STAPLES, BUT THEY DON'T CARRY THIS ITEM ANYMORE, SO I DID A SEARCH AND FOUND YOUR SITE, BUT WHEN I COMPARED SOME ITEMS THAT I GET FREQUENTLY THROUGH STAPLES, SOME OF YOUR PRICES WERE A BIT HIGHER.

I ordered my items on a Wednesday afternoon, and they arrived on Thursday morning. Absolutely wonderful! Not only that, but they had the best price, by far. And the website is simply awesome. So many helpful tools, organized in an easy to use and intuitive way.

I ordered a dozen Citrus II air fresheners on Saturday and they were delivered Tuesday morning. They had the cheapest price and shipping was free. They sent emails confirming the order, and then again notifying me when the order was shipped and when they received the final delivery notice from UPS. I'm very impressed.
