The rolling duffle bag I ordered arrived on time. However, after the first leg of my first flight using the bag, from Washington to Philadelphia, the handle no longer worked properly. It stuck and would not extend at all. This is obviously very disappointing. Since I had to continue traveling to Tortola, BVI, I had no opportunity to return it or to complain. Eventually, after much effort, I can sometimes get the handle to extend.

I ordered a mini bucky that was pictured as black and white floral on the internet but received an all black one. They are shipping me the floral one and I'm going to return the black one. Everyone was very helpful. Not sure where the confusion was but I beleive I went by the the picture instead of the description.

my daughters rolling backpack broke and i purchased this online to replace it. i needed it asap. i called the company and they were able to ship it out within the hour. I couldn't believe it either. i then got it the very next day ups. my daughter was ecstatic. the customer service is great and it is almost unheard of for someone to go out of their way to get it out when the order was placed an hour before shipping went out for the day. But, they did all that and more. I will definitely use them in the future

Ordering was simple and we received good customer service. I just thought we would get our luggage within 4 days, but DiscountLuggage explained to me that it is within 4-6 days. Not a big deal, I will definately shop here again.
