It was the only place on the internet that had the particular model of Hoover Upright Vacuum I was looking for. Even Hoover's own webpage only had a picture of the vacuum, but had NONE in stock. Shipping was free and the vacuum was on my front porch before I knew it. They don't use Paypal which is a disappointment.

Everything went smooth and well, and we love the product - works great! So i would shop with you again. HOWEVER, your website is pretty archaic. Honestly, you should probably invest a couple grand in some young graphic designer wiz kid or something, but your website definitely needs an overhaul. The website looks like a late 90s website through AOL. That's just my two cents as you try to grow your business. If you need any suggestions on people or companies to help you with it, let me know. But the site definitely needs an update.

The first vacuum I received was a little disappointing, damaged floor attachment and part of vacuum did not opearte correctly. I called and my concerns were addressed professionally as well as generously. Yesterday I received a 2nd vacuum that seems to be in perfect condition and I don't even have to return the first vac. I was pleasantly surprised & impressed by the resolution. Thank you.

box was mangled, looked like a repackaged product...torn, retaped. NOT first class condition. I have a hand injury so it won't be used until Saturday so we'll see if it's ok...but it was not....tried to omit #7 response...not sure if I'd use this merchant going forward

1. The peoduct was to be at my home in about a week. It still isn't here after 3 weeks. 2.I sent an E mail, it was not answered, it took another E mail to get an answer. 3. I was told the iten was on back order and it will be another 2 to 3 weeks before it will be shipped. 4. They sure took my money though. 5. I will not shop at that place again.
