3rd order with Discount Office Items. First two were exceptional: e-mail confirmation on order placement, order processing, order shipment and even order delivered! On this order, I only received the order acknowledgement & processing but no order shipment. But low and behold, even with their online tracking not showing anything beyond "processing" the order was received. Would be a lot happier with a better status update, but maybe I was spoiled by the first two orders. (BTW, this order was shipped via freight vs UPS on the 1st 2 orders). Very happy customer and look to continue business with Discount Office Items.

Their prices are very good & they sent a replacement for the damaged goods right away. But their customer service people were not clear on what to do with the damaged goods & when I called to inquire about that, they were rude!

I ordered 2 items. I received the package the following day but the box had been damaged & haphazardly taped up. One item was missing & had probably dropped out of the package)it looked like the bottom had fallen out of the box). I called Discount Office Items & had the rest of my order the next day. They couldn't have been nicer & very apologitic. I will use them again.
