the website was very easy to use, the price of the item was excellent, the no shipping charge even better, and we received the merchandise the next day! The only "glitch" was in the condition of the cartons when they arrived. One of the cartons was broken open on the bottom and one of the shipping straps was broken -- no fault of the merchant, but maybe they might want to consider using a stronger packaging tape for heavy items. All in all a very satisfactory experience. Thank You!!

I feel they misrepresented a product. They disagree. They advertised a product as Vellum. It is a very high quality stock that wouldn't fit through my printer. Vellum is more of a translucent stock that resembles a plastic.

My experience was very good, however it would be nice if they could make deliveries to P.O. Boxes. because when they came I was at work and I had to pick it up at Fed Ex, and it was in an area defficult to get to.

I thought the website was fairly easy to use. They have a great variety of inventory to choose from in many price ranges and quality, which allowed me to make a lot of choices that worked for me- some things I wanted high quality, some products I wanted economy. I received a prompt confirmation email and another email the next day when my order was shipped. The whole order arrived in 2 days. There was one item that was broken when my order did arrive. I don't know yet what kind of resolution I may find, I just contacted them via email yesterday- so I can't really comment on customer service. Overall I was quite pleased with My Office Items.

I was happy to find some hard to find colored pencils on this site. I ordered them, I clicked on the little "calculate shipping costs" button, and it said the price, and directly underneath, it said, "Over $50.00, free shipping." It was one of the options. Then, I get to the final screen. It showed a shipping charge of $23.00. Which is ridiculous. Especially since what I was ordering was about $4.00 each. We met the $50.00 requirement, and they wouldnt give us the free shipping.
I wrote a letter to their customer service asking why. They told me and I quote, "You need to take that up with FEDEX. We charge the same as them."
WHAT? I get a smart-aleck blowoff answer from a customer service rep? Dont shop here. They are great if you have no problems. Have an issue tho, and you are in trouble. They simply dont care.

The website was hard to naviage - trying to find exactly what was needed (although it was better than others - which is why I chose it). But, in the end, although the product appeared to be what we wanted, it turned out not to be. I don't know if the description was not correct or what, but it did not have all of the features that the description said it had - and the pictures were not detailed enough to clarify that.
