I have been a student of ballet, tap, hip-hop, ethnic folk dance, ballroom dance and pilates for about 20 years now, and Discount Dance Supply Online has been there for me for my basic needs for the past 3 years. I have never had a bad experience with them and always received the item promised in a timely manner and well-packaged. Their prices are decent, but I usually shop around a bit just to make sure there isn't a better deal somewhere else, which happens occasionally. One downside to this online store is that their ballroom dance section is very sparse seeing how popular this style has become with the introduction of Dancing With the Stars on TV. In addition, I feel that they do not offer enough variety of the practical supplies that dancers need such as ankle braces, pointe shoe padding materials, hair accessories, and men’s items.
However, I find it very convenient that they will send you a free catalog by request in case the online shopping experience just isn’t for you.
Overall, I would highly recommend Discount Dance Supply online for any dancer who is on a budget as the first place to look for some good deals.
