DiscounTechnology sold me a generic drive as a Western Digital drive. Drive came with no serial number, actually with no label at all, and Western Digital tools came up with a Hitachi part number in the bios! The idiot that answered the phone refused to give his name or to refund my credit card. I checked BBB and they have history there, and there are other complaints with other shopping sites. Wish I knew this before I did business with them. Thank God I have my credit card company on my side! I also noticed bunch of their reviews are copied and pasted, like they wrote their own! Buyer Beware!

I needed a power supply that would work with my Dell laptop on an airplane. Dell made such a device, but the Dell website couldn't get the item to me in the time needed.
