Items were sent on time, but almost everything was damaged--cracked, messed up stain, chips, and dings. Dining Rooms direct did work quickly to resolve the issue and get replacement items ordered. Have not yet received replacement items. However, table and chair design was nicer than photo.

The order was completed online, but I could not make a copy of the invoice at the time. I expected to receive an E-mail confirming the order but have not received anything yet. Order was placed November20 or 21 of 2007. I still have received no confirmation or any shipping date or other indications that order is going to be filled. The date mentioned online was Dec. 17,2007 for shipment.I have been unable to contact the merchant online(CSN)

although the packaging could have been better to eliminate damage to the product the quality of the product was wonderful! and the sending of addtl . parts that were damaged seems to be very smooth.

I love the rugs I bought but after I ordered, found out thet they would not be shipped until mid-December. They gave me a chance to cancel - I didn't but really don't understand the long wait.

The online catalog was excellent, complete and easy to use. The customer service was friendly and knowledgeable about the product when called on the phone. The tracking of the shipment was non-existent. The original estimates of time to ship and delivery were the only tracking available. They either could not or did not get the information from the manufacturer for actual time to ship until the merchandise had already shipped, and by the time they got that information the merchandise arrived. I called every two or three days requesting updates and they were unable to provide them, blamed the manufacturer for not providing them with that information. It was frustrating. I'm used to receving a tracking number and being able to follow the progress of the package across the country, with a good idea of when it will arrive. That was not the case.
The merchandise itself arrived on time, it both shipped and arrived on the last day of the window given for the original delivery estimates. It was in good condition and the price was good. Other than my frustration with the shipping it was a good experience and I would still recommend Dining Room Direct to others.

The furniture arrived on time...in good condition...My only complaint is the table assembly required my husband to drill holes for the decorative feature of the table. There were no starter holes for these pieces. We had no problem with putting the legs on, but having to drill holes for the decorative side pieces was not expected and caused us some angst...otherwise happy with the purchase

I am grateful for Lyndsay working on trying to find what happened to my diningroom set. But it was never picked up!! I have been waiting for 4 weeks and now have to wait another 2 to 3 weeks. I think that I should be compensated with a rebate or some other kind of refund. I don't think that I will recommend this service to anyone else.

I ordered 6 chairs in my first order. One came broken. I called. The service person told me she would send a replacement and that I did not have to return the broken item. The replacement arrived in good order on a timely basis.
