I received a tracking number with instructions to click on "customer service", but it did not go anywhere. When I went to DineNDecor web site, there was no "customer service" to go to. It took about nine days to arrive. But, I was NOT provided with any real way to track my order which was definitely a disappoitment.

In the end it turned out ok, but I had an extremely difficult time contacting him regarding when I could expect delivery. He never answered my e-mails and only after 4 phonecalls (which were always answered by the machine) did he return my call. After reading other's comments, I was worried. Like I said, in the end it turned out fine and I received my order in about 1 week.

I received my merchandise as ordered in a timely manner, but was nervous as I waited because there was no tracking number on my receipt and their site included no link for customer service. Dine N Decor had a lovely selection of goods, but I'd prefer that they rectify the above concerns before I shop there again.

Ive ordered some stuff from dine n decor,the customer support is very poor as they do not reply to emails or phone calls regarding the order .So after a couple of weeks i have to cancel the order as they charged my card but i did not get any of the stuff i have ordered. I'll never recommend this site to anyone.

I love this site! It's easy to navigate, the pictures are clear and they have gorgeous products at fabulous prices! I would recommend this site for everyone to find great holiday gifts! At the same time you can treat yourself to some pretty and adorable stuff to set the table for all your guest that you will be hosting! From their napkin rings to their place card holders this site is my favorite!
