Bought a Canon EF 10-22mm USM IS lens from the store after considering the attractive price and past reviews. The website is user friendly and my order was processed accurately. The product was well described and compared to other like products, warranties, both US & Int'l, were well outlined and described. Ordered Canon lense, battery grip and UV filter. Due to payment with international credit card and shipment in the USA they required scan of both sides of the card and the same for an ID. Once they got it, they shipped right away. It was a bit anoying but I have experienced this with other online shops except for the major one.they do not bug you with this stuff.Shipped as promised - within 2 days.would shop here again.

Delivered pretty quickly... I never got a response on an email I had send them about the order though. Also, the item was damaged upon arrival, probably due to inadequate packing materials. Good prices, but you realize why when the item arrives.

I recently purchased an electric razor from Digital Foto Club. I e-mailed and their customer service department because I thought I had made an error on the order form.

I received a reply within 24 hours (it was on a weekend) and was pleasantly surprised to be informed that my order had already shipped.

I have made purchases at several online stores and this was by far the best experience that I have had. Order processing and shipping were quick as was the response from customer service. My order was received before the 7-9 days estimated.

Digital Foto Club was selling an item for approximately 30% cheaper than the manufacturer was selling it for. Being a first time customer I was a little skeptical at first, but my experience with Digital Foto Club was excellent. The ordering process was simple and provided me a tracking number, and the item arrived VERY quickly and in great shape. Upon receiving the item I realized I had ordered the wrong model number. I called customer service and they were easy to get ahold of and very helpful. The customer service rep was very understanding, provided me with return shipping instructions and gladly exchanged my item for the correct model number with the only cost to me being the return shipping costs. The replacement item was delivered within a week of me sending the original model back. Overall I was very impressed by Digital Foto Club!
