Really nice Customer Service. Made exception to return policy and won a customer for life. Fast original shipping and responded to my numerous (sorry!) emails right away. The products they list are all perfect for me. They carry kitchen appliances - small ones and have a group of unique gifts for outdoor and other gifts that seem unique to them and cannot find elsewhere. They at least have a gift section broken down by price. Will shop here again.

Very pleased with the service. They care about customers and it shows. EXCELLENT customer service and they have such a great selection of products that are really neat to have for your kitchen. Throughout the site are interesting gadgets and products I have not seen out there. Hence, their name! Shipping was quick and they fixed a credit card issue I have had trouble with at other merchants. This Popcorn popper is AMAZING - you must see these, just like the movie theater but smaller.

I had to back-order the item after receiving prompt email information from the merchant. I later found the product elsewhere before this merchant restocked, so I cancelled the order. The customer service via email was very good and my order was cancelled. I would use this merchant again if I found an item needed at a good price.

They list the "number" of available units for the particular item and tell you on the website, to "make sure you check the amount so it's in stock when you order." I did and it said there were "10" but the next day they said it was out of stock and on back-order. They do NOT update their website daily like they should. I had to contact them by email a few days ago to see what the status was. A woman wrote me back stating it was being "shipped from their supplier today," which either means to them first, or to me. I have no idea. I doubt I will use them again, let alone get this product.
